6-23-24 JetBlue flight 405 takeoff at Newark airport runway 22R

Morning takeoff out of Newark bound for Fort Lauderdale. Notice the hesitation at the beginning of the takeoff roll! I thought the pilot was gonna abort the takeoff. The flight was delayed by 2 2/3 hours. We were supposed to take off at 6am but we didn’t until 8:40am.
