@@rachitaagrawal2968 you can fill PAR when ever you want to, your trip should be within 6 months from the date of filling ( in theory you can fill it a day before departure as well if you are sure that your PAR would not be unsuccessful). I recommend that you should fill it as soon as your trip is planned, so you have some time in case your PAR is rejected

@@priyankapadhi3884 hi, this will not create any problem. Please fill the PAR as per your Passport. I am married but my passport does not have husband name on it, yet I selected married. Just in case you can Carey a soft copy of marriage certificate if you are in doubt.
@@PassportAndPixels yes I do have pictures of marriage . hope I can mention as Married since we are legally married and my husband status allready shows spouse name in his passport hope that will not be any issue during immigration .

@@jaskiratsingh8187 if your PAR is unsuccessful, you have to apply for visit visa. That is the only way to travel to Hong Kong.
