Defending HARD Against Faster Cars! - Forza Horizon 5 Eliminator

- If you can't beat'em, then block'em.. or something like that. That was my strategy when I found myself going head-to-head against much faster cars in the Final Showdown. Even though the Trackhawk isn't fast, it is a solid car that won't be easily pushed around, and I used that to full advantage here.

Sometimes. Happy New Year Striderz. I have a challenge for you. In every circle change your car drop but not higher than lvl 4 and win final showdown.

of course! sometimes when I drive a faster car and race with a Beetle, I specially brake and push it off the bridge as much as possible🤣🤣 This is one of my favorite things in the eliminator.
Damn, I'd be furiour if I was on the other side, but that was glorious defence - worth the win
Yah that was my only chance at victory. But there's an easy counter to those blocks - simply come up from behind with a bunch of speed.. and then pull up the map for 2 seconds. That will "morph" you past me and into the lead 😉

Dentist required for the Lambo driver to remove teeth from the bridge pillar. Love a nice bit of defence. Been on the wrong end of some as well. Its definately an underated skill 👌
Yah I noticed his car came to an abrupt stop at the bridge. I've been on the receiving end as well, but this time it worked well to be on the other end of it 😄

I recorded a similar video, running in the final race with the Trackhawk, against RS200 and AMG One. I wasn't expecting to win... But you have taught me to never give up!
Congrats on the win! Yah it often just takes 1 mistake and then it's game over. In a matchup like this, I kinda had to force them into that mistake lol 😃

You were a menace there 😂 I need to improve my timing on defence, sometimes nail it but inconsistent. Blocked a Funco earlier with the 959 though and won the FS!
Maybe I was 🤣 A well-placed block can often make the difference between winning or losing a race. In this situation that made the difference between finishing 1st or 3rd.

Good defending, the 8th gear is pointless on the Trackhawk it’s more of an old school “overdrive” than an extra gear but well played
Thank you! Yah it would've taken quite a longer distance in order for that last gear to actually be effective

The Centenario needs to learn to understand the distance to the finish line. Exiting the highway that early cost the victory. Great defense against the Ferrari Spa 308kph on flat top speed.
Thank you! As for the Centenario; it up crashing into the bridge. He came back later but stayed offroad for a while. A comeback might have been possible if he'd taken the highway instead.
That Lambo driver has to be the lamest driver in this race. LMAO
