@@daniellaalouf when I do my roots, I have to make like 4 rounds of bleach mixes, because it is never enough😂 (I start with a lower level at the beginning and every time I make a new batch, I use a higher developer)

On the topic of doing things to yourself before important dates, I know someone who got her armpits waxed before a wedding. She had never been waxed before. She had a reaction, and her armpits got inflamed and bumpy. It was quite painful, and the worst part of it, she was the maid of honor, and wore a strapless dress. She had a hard time lifting her arms up because when the air hit, it would sting. Not good. Moral of the story, careful what you do to yourself before you have somewhere important to be.
🧐...odd... Bacterias causes smell not an allergic reaction or damage skin (at least not at that level). But if she couldn't stand anything on her skin (like soap and water) that might explain why.
I would of wore a bolero and through something on my shoulders.
And put something under the arms, to cool the skin down and/or clean it regulary.
Regardless of the bride's feeling.
A lot of them litteraly loose it when it comes to that day and became irrational.
She still would of get married and people wouldn't paid attention to the suffering maid of honor.
@@oceaneo4603 Yeah, it was odd. I never heard of contact dermatitis with wax, before. She had sensitive skin, but can't imagine what caused that reaction. It looked more like her pores where the hairs came out were irritated. It was weird.
My cousin got a perm three days before her own wedding …and hated it 🤦🏻♀️‼️

Many companies have hotlines that you can call there’s numbers are usually print on the instructions of their products unfortunately many people don’t even bother to read the instructions.

I've never really messed with my hair, but the amount of products people buy to do this...how much does that usually cost? I imagine at least half of what a professional would cost? At that point is it really worth it? Lol
The shampoo is 3.98.Quick blue is 5.74 a pack. 6.99 for the 20. So it cost around 30 bucks US.
She ended up buying a tub of bleach 16 oz. at $28. Three or four Wella toners at $10 apiece. Developer 16 oz at $10. Olaplex-3 at $30 a bottle, she used it twice, so maybe half a bottle? Plus what she started with, packets, some developer and equipment, probably $20+. This probably cost her at least $100, plus time, stress and travel.🤑

i‘m not from the US and use different products than the person in the video but ~35 is what i spent the last time i bleached and toned my hair (with actual toner) i would probably look at 200 if i went to a professional since i have hair on the thicker side
where i live its not even comparable. you'd have to pay the professional about 5x that amount at the least

Am I the only person who thinks natural hair color is prettiest every time?
I'm 41 & my grey's are white. But the majority of my hair is naturally dark. I get em in my temples. Ppl tell me they can't even see em bc my hairs always tucked back behind my ears... But I guess since they're on me, it's like oh gah that contract. It just makes em look even brighter. Now what on how not to f w/ my hair anymore...?

Best way to get annoying flies. When it lands and you got to swat it, hover BOTH hands above the fly. It will be trying to watch both hands and your success rate will be much higher. It works!

Don't kill me, but the people in those videos always seem kinda narcissistic and convinced of themselves, which makes it hard for me to feel for them. Being confident is great, but the way she's fawning over herself at the end...cringe.😣
I think she looks so much better with her natural hair color and I wish the would have just kept growing out the blonde.
But isn't Olaplex 3 just a treatment? So chemically it would immediatly close the cuticula, neutralize the ammonia and weaken the bleach in general. So if she didn't use op 3 i think it would at least be yellow. Please explain if i am wrong.
I went to a well respected hair salon and they screwed my hair up 😢 they ended up burning my scalp with bleach. When they went to fix it they made it worse. My friend was doing it at home with great results (she’s not a hairdresser) but she is moving away so I thought I would find a hairdresser. The salon ended up refunding me but it was a horrible experience and now I’m anxious about going to the hairdresser 😮
It wanted highlights at 15, my mom made me an appointment with the village's elderly hairdresser. She fried my hair in a hair cap, the bleach leaked through so I got spots at the top of my head. I'm a natural dark blonde so she could've used 20 volume and foils but nooo she ruined waist lenght virgin hair for no good reason. I'm never trusting old ladies with my hair again.
Exactly while they are great hairdressers out there there’s some who should stick just cutting hair . I seen and had some bad dye jobs and haircuts done by professionals too good hairdressers are very hard to find especially the ones who can work with dark hair . There’s a reason why I started dying my own hair .
That 1 time I went to a dudes black barber shop for a hair cut 😭. I was honestly so mad I got a refund. When I said layers I didn't mean uneven choppiness. Black females will be sensitive w/ paying attention to length. Most (not all) whites think a trim is a whole hair cut & half of my hair will be gone. I told 1 to do wever & she said that sounds like fun 🤭... But just put red chunks in my hair. But these r my experiences & I just follow the internet for tips now 😁. Too scared to even do the Mundo wever thats called hair cut. I did it anyways but you can't really even tell I did.
I think she’d look better with brown hair with some auburn undertones. Her blue eyes would just dazzle. But yeah, people all seem to want to look the same.
It took me 3 weeks to finish bleaching my hair for fear of really screwing it up . I’m glad I used 10 vol. and was patient.

I think the bleach worked really well, her neck is white as paper. I was in the kitchen, but the moment I heard your reaction, I knew we have quick death.
With that much outgrowth, I'd rather have seen her chop off the blonde in a blunt cut and just go for some streaks of color with a cap. Quicker, less expensive and a newer look. But that's just me.

I think what confuses people is the color charm toner instructions on the box call for 20V and the box literally calls it a toner.
The skin reactions are no joke. I never did a patch test with bleach and found out the hard way that im allergic to it. I break out in hives and my skin itches all over, not just in the areas that touched the bleach. My eyes also turned red and burned and breathing was a little more difficult. Luckily i had my husband there with an epipen. Please do a patch test and avoid the skin.
Her hair looked so nice before she bleached it.

I have not colored my hair in about 10 years; I’m 62, so there is still some dark blonde underneath but it’s mostly blonde and now, natural platinum (lucky me). I just use Aveda purple shampoo & conditioner (mostly the conditioner because I live in the Caribbean and work in heat). It looks great every day.
Yes you re right, l learned from my Mom to never try something new on an important day, like hair, hair style, clothes, a new recipe etc 👍🏻

My stylist said she hates quick blue. She said she has seen it bubble in the bowl while mixing and the fumes were terrible.
She would look really nice with like a golden beige blonde or even a neutral beige blonde.

I don't get why so many ppl think that putting toner on orange will save everything 🤦🏻♀️ It TONES yellow out... it's not made to "fix" orange hair and is not a DYE.

If she doesn't want the "grown out" look...she should color the blonde and not the regrowth! This is how I'm transitioning my blonde.
I got a shadow root, then added a coral to my blonde. As it grows, I just keep readding the trend color as it fades. Some of the shadow root has faded, but now my hair has grown out enough I have sufficient roots.
Voila! Healthy while growing out....without "looking" it.
To be honest the color of her roots look really nice if she had a full head of hair that color and then put some highlights in it I think it would look great for her skin tone
Am I the only one who puts conditioner on the ends so they don’t bleach? It works perfectly for me. Lord bleach on the skin? Ouch! Would have been cheaper to go to salon, after all this wasted product.

I see in a lot of your videos people use olaplex. But what do you think of K18 bond building hair mask? I use it it’s wonderful stuff. It has really helped to fix my damaged hair.

She used the wrong # Olaplex.
#3 is an after bleach treatment. # 2 is what is used in bleach and is intended for sale only to cosmetologists.
Thank GOD I’ve never tried an at home. I agree w so many other comments - with the Amt of time and $ these girls could go to a really good salon and get it done right !!!
She looks so much younger and softer with her natural hair. The light blonde washes her out too much and now she looks 10 years older.

I'm going out of town in 4 weeks, i'm going to use the .5 oz of bleach powder and 2 drops of 50 volume the night before to go from dark brown to platinum. It should only take like ten minutes right?
It came out good in the end. Good luck holding on to it though.
