    You dont need to pair manually. As soon as you push power on button on remote. It automatically sync upto 8 units. Cleaning part is good. Use CRC on chains for better performance. And clean units and take all powder out after every event

    Bought 4 off eBay. One shoots about half as high as the others. One of them quit during the first
    Show and now shows a fault code E4. The eBay seller and Vevor are doing their best to give me the run around…..they offered me a 15% refund, then 25% and now 35%. I asked them to simply replace the units and they keep pushing it off. Getting ready to open an eBay claim.

      Dang that's unfortunate!! Yeah the I've heard some units have had some trouble. I hope you get that claim or the units work for you again! I clean out my units after my events every time to be sure that they don't have any remaining powder sitting in the unit. Cheers!

    • @timbrownproductions11
      @timbrownproductions11  Рік тому

      Hi Main Event DJ! Thanks for reaching out! Yeah, the wheel can get VERY stuck if the powder is left in the unit. On my first time when it got stuck it took a LOT of muscle strength to loosen it up.
      *Wiggle it back and for with an Allen Wrench inside one of the hole spokes, and flip it upside down to get some of the powder out. Once you get some of the powder out it'll become a little easier to rotate the gears and get the rest of the powder out. ( I briefly highlight what you can do to fix it around 6:08 ) Hope that helps! And feel free to reach out to me if you have any trouble (678) 350-3910. Cheers!

    • @timbrownproductions11
      @timbrownproductions11  Рік тому

      Hey Rajan! Sorry for the late reply, my wife and I found out we’re having our first kid and I’ve been falling behind on replying to comments. I think I’ve seen a fault code as well for two reasons.
      At one of my events, the cold sparklers were close to getting a little moisture and I think it did give me a F1 error code. I think it was precautionary and cooled down automatically. Another time I let the unit run a long time (running all the way thru a bag of powder) and it gave me an error code.
      My conclusion was that sometimes the units might be cautious of moisture (electricity and water - not a good mix) or running too hot (overheating - not a good mix).
      I just learn from my experience, and try to make sure these units perform (monitor for moisture and overheating) and alway always always CLEAN the unit by running all the powder out of the units. Hope that helps! Cheers!

    • @timbrownproductions11

      Hey 3Dsoundz, the Host Unit should be set to “LN-H” (Host) and then the rest of the units should be set to “L- -H” (Slave). Once you connect the DMX cables OUT from the Host and IN to the slaved units (continue however many units you have), then they should all mirror the first unit or Host. Hopefully that helps! Hello, I am from Chile, and I bought 2 machines, after 2 presentations, both failed, they did not reach operating temperature again, fortunately I was able to return them and they reimbursed me, in general, it seems that they are very delicate machines that require maintenance constants. Greetings Victor.

    • @timbrownproductions11
      @timbrownproductions11  Рік тому +1

      Thanks Victor! For the feedback. Yeah, They do require maintenance if you don’t clear the powder out each time. Settled powder restricts the flow of any cold sparkler unit. (Kinda like a clogged blood valve or artery)

      @@timbrownproductions11 Dear, I have another question for you.

    • @timbrownproductions11
      @timbrownproductions11  Рік тому

      @@victorbarraulloa1043 For filling up the units it’s “recommended” to have the units turned off and cooled down. But if you use up the powder in the units, you could press the “A button” to let it cool down a bit while you’re reloading the units, then press A again to get it reheated to the same temp.
      I wouldn’t recommend loading it while the unit is on and heating but that’s my preference. I guess once your more comfortable with the unit you can use it however you’d like.
      Hope that helps! 🍻 Cheers!
