I cannot figure out why Oliver didn't at least try to avoid that final blow - I know Ra's hit him in the throat just prior or somewhere close to it. Made me think he collapsed his windpipe which brought Ollie to his knees and maybe he couldn't get up. But he looked stunned and unable to move at all or even try to duck the mortal blow. Any ideas? Also, this was a blood debt duel. Supposedly on sacred ground so it would be considered fair and honorable. What is so fair and honorable about making Oliver climb the mountain in the ice, snow and wind without climbing gear and utensils and then fight immediately after hitting the summit when Ra's is just sitting around waiting. I don't see any honor or fairness in that duel at all. Ra's should have just come to town and fought Ollie man-to-man in an alley if that is the case. To heck with the 'sacred' ground thing. So, what the heck did I miss that would answer those questions for me?
