How much are the bases to home decor
I like using my barbecue as a smoker. I have a stainless steel bowl I put apple wood chips in that I soaked overnight. Then I put it on one corner of the barbecue and turn the barbecue on shut the lid to start smoking on medium to high. Then turn it down to about 180 ° to 220 °. Throw my tri-tip brisket or whatever I'm smoking on there. Comes out great even get a nice smoke ring. I figured out this through lots of trial and error.🎉
