Only slowing it down is not very, how to say, difficult. I'd say if he wants to do something better, he could try out doing a remix or some other kind of editing the music. More effort(+ talent/luck) =more viewers. I mean idk if he cares about views but if he does, he gotta do something more than slowing down/muffling. You know what i'm saying ?
