Or maybe I ask you this: how could you have genuine feeling of JOY if you are so hurt and carrying with you and still on going non stopped struggles and suffering, health issues, clear intentions plus feeling emotions does it need first freedom from all hurt and struggles, pains and aches? I am working on my very chaotic life, full of struggles and health issues as result, been watching so videos to understand how to free myself to move forward and up, they talk about sad heartbroken “ memories” pls can you share IF the past memories was also hurting you?
