How can you be a long term rideshare driver, those days are gone. I'd say 5 years max we have before Lyft and Uber gets AI self driving cars.

Let be real ( from a brand new 2023 model y owner ) :
1. My model y is a way better investment than a Prius cause little to no maintenance for over 40k miles literally no issues
2. There’s no congestion’s fees in California and “ oh I can’t wait at a supercharger” or “ it takes to long” 🤡 it only takes 15-25 mins from 10% to 90%
3. I only do 25rides a week and make $1500+ ( LA market) ovbiously I know how to make money due to knowing my market.
4. I charge at home and one time once after 300 miles of work
All in all Tesla is way better than a Prius cause not only I can do x right I can do Uber black and Lyft black even tho I wont get a lot of them but the fact I can get them over a trash Prius is worth it

This the issue I’m having. Deciding to get a used Model Y. Like maintenance on my expedition is really are I to my profits and savings and when I got sick my savings in 2 weeks disappeared. Lucky that we are well off and my partner has a nurse job that he can pick up hours at $150 an hour
