Hello everyone. Thanks for all the likes and views. These are always installed completely dry. No water solution needs to be used per 3M in how these decals are made. They are made on a 3m car wrapping flim that has air egress technology, so the water would get trapped into those air pockets and cause the graphic to fail. Still extremely easy to install dry if you do it how I show you in the video. I also state that in the directions that are sent out in each decal package. Thanks for Watching
How to tell if someone's good at their job, they make a difficult job look easy as hell. Pre prepping by pre layering you viynal always makes a job easier, I'm a novice and self taught at viynal cutting and application, but seeing you do is makes me see I'm doing it right. I'm interested in trying the bubbleless viynal, man would that be the best for the flag especially.... thanks for taking the time and making the vid for dummies like me to watch..... top job by the way
Check out my graphics site. Mainly the General Lee lettering and the 01s are different. The Flag is same setup as the Georgia episodes but in the sapphire blue. The big obvious difference is the stem that comes down off the "G"
I have that section under Reunion and Movies for the picture of those graphics. That picture of the roof of the car is actually one of the stunt jump cars from the movie.
Yep. The cross flags are only on the first 5 episodes of Dukes of Hazzard that were shot in Georgia. People like them and still put them on the California era graphics which I'm installing here. Which is season 3 thru 5. The movie graphics have a stem that comes down on the right part of the G is the big major difference you notice in the graphics. Check out my website. I show the differences pretty well there.
Hey where do i go to order these decals im building a general lee of my own and i would rather do decals than try and paint my letters numbers and flag im not that savvy lol
I usually use a tape measure or a fabric tape measure works best on the curves. I'm measuring from the tip corner on the GL lettering and right at the middle of the windshield chrome molding for the flag. 01s are measured from the bottom of the door
It's not. General Lees are a reddish orange. Looks more red sometimes depending on the lighting. This one is painted 1976 Corvette Flame Red. Same as the series. Mine is painted the factory color Hemi Orange. They also used that color early on in the series
Those were only on there until he was done with the car. This was just after paint phase. Besides. He actually owns one of the Original LEES from the series. So you can't get any accurate than that
Not going for accuracy? Spacing was measured and checked from General Lee #33 from the Dukes of Hazzard TV series. 1 of the surviving 19 cars. Depends on which era you are going for. I offer each era. Georgia to 2005 DOH movie.
The other one is the other type of 01s. The "thick 01s". Actually has the 01s that we are installing on the replica General Lee on the passenger side and has the "thick 01s" on the Drivers door. 20 years of research. 7 different variations from each builder on the show. 3 just for the series. 3 for the Reunion movies by themselves and of course the DOH movie graphics. All different from each other. Check out the website to see all the differences.
Those were ones he kept on there while he painted the car and worked on it. Didn't care if those got paint on them or not. Those are not the 10 spoke rims that finally went on there.
can I get one of these but not a general lee just super blazingly bright chrome yellow orange with silver metal flake house of color with trans yellow then candy burple hood stripes on double vent hood. and I want wheels to be satin finish slot mags with P 255 55 R15 all 4 corners. roller 318 small block ported magnum heads early crank and rods hyper pistons, with overdrive trans. true trac rear. no rust. plain jane white interior no carpet, body color dual remote sport mirrors (not the chromies) a custom dove tail spoiler molded into rear like the 69shelby stang and smooth integrated front air dam like Monroe handler mustang II and wrap around front bumper. yo . . . . so just do it. . . :o)
These cars are love all over worldwide to see any about these model is beautiful man
long live the general lee ... orange cars matter..nice to see you had 2 beautiful chargers ..steve from the uk..

What are the key differences from the 2005 movie car and the shows?

I need a general lee!!!!
If you find one, let me do the graphics for you. I do them for either the 68 - 70 Charger or Modern Charger or Challenger
That would be sweet but im in canada !
Nice cars . But please put the proper dodge steering wheel on the car . Those ugly aftermarket steering wheels ruin the car honestly
Not mine. Just was there to put on the graphics I made for him. I have the factory wheel on mine with one of those old style wheel wraps
Will these "01" decals work for my Tahoe?

Website is in description. Email me when you all get ready for some graphics for your GL
Nice... You should sell 1/10 scale kits too 🤔
Need a smaller dedicated printer to cut stuff small like that. Just have the large format stuff
Why is the car painted red?
It's not. General Lees are a reddish orange. Looks more red sometimes depending on the lighting. This one is painted 1976 Corvette Flame Red. Same as the series. Mine is painted the factory color Hemi Orange. They also used that color early on in the series
I wish I had. A General Lee
you should take that drag racing
It helps. Tanks!!
Glad it helped you
Put the correct vector rims on the car
Those were only on there until he was done with the car. This was just after paint phase. Besides. He actually owns one of the Original LEES from the series. So you can't get any accurate than that
Sorry I didn't think I thought you guys were done with car
i wasjust about to come in blondie. i can do a u turn. just go ahead ill catch up with you

I believe four liberals/sjw' voted this video down 🙄

Wasn't for the General Lee, there wouldn't be 900 more Chargers on the road and more in the crusher. Think about it
aweshome so can I get a general lee then i'll do the performance decals myself , imay put a 440 in it or other awesomeness thanx @@DJCD01
