I have been investing from the time I was in 9th standard. Back then in a year I had saved 5000. Then gave it to mum. Had opened savings account in post office in 8th standard. Saving is an attitude never stop investing however small the amount may be.

Ravi Kumar, you are lucky that you are just 19. Research about INDEX FUNDS and start your investment. Because if you really understand compounding, the amount of time you have is very very very important than the amount of money you can invest. There's a strong reason for starting early. Good luck.
