I was listening to this video in the background and genuinely thought I misclicked on a printer review
Nice printer review, but i came for the car...maybe I clicked the wrong link.
Took delivery of my model 3 in June and love it so far. I went with the base also and have no issue with range anxiety. Went on a road trip the past week and the base was able to easily get from one charging station to the next, with range to spare. Looking forward to the next trip! Appreciate the videos, yours definitely helped when making the decision of which to choose.
Glad to here it all worked out and you’re enjoying the model 3! Thanks for the feedback and support, really appreciate it!
What is the garage door thing you were talking about to make it automatically open and close?
I just drove a Prius Prime when i flew into a wedding in Burlington Vermont. What a beautiful car. I've never been a Prius fan so when the rental company gave me a Prius i was bummed.. however the Prime looks completely different and is extremely peppy.. not Tesla Plaid peppy but decent for Vermont's beautiful hills and mountains. Definitely a fun experience.. all my friends who have Tesla's in cold climates complain about them but my warm weather friends love em.
What is their complaint about cold climates? Battery usage or something else.
Would say the new prius prime over the model 3 or vice c
Versa as far as which to rather own
nice printer review video
It also lacks rear cross traffic alert. In videos, the screen always looks overly crowded, too much info making it difficult to use while driving.
Just bought a Tesla model 3 standard range today. So hype to get delivery
@@CookiezOrMilk lmfao whoops never saw this. Got it back in august love it so much
on the fence right now contemplating between the Model 3 AWD long range or the Camry SE..
background -- i had taken the Camry SE (2018 version i believe) in Oct 2019 sometimes for a spin to pay my respect to the "Tail of the dragon" and man..
i was giggling like a kid negotiating those turns leading you straight to your demise.. i was exhausted, scared, thoroughly freaked out but charged up, tingling with excitement and felt like Lewis Hamilton at the same time..
Back to today -- Just took the test drive of the Model Y long range trim.. though did not negotiate any turns but the mere acceleration and turning on a right (while watching for traffic on the left) was an AMAZING experience.. i was really dreading the whole regenerative breaking part and hoe the car loses speed the moment you lift your foot off the pedal but man.. it is as if the car was speaking to me.. by the end of a 30 min demo drive i could literally get the car to stop as needed without touching the brakes..
Not sure what to do now.. lol
4:16 I still wish Tesla had a HUD so you didn't have to look over at the tablet and it would keep the interor clean... Which you can get a hud in most models at the $38k price point which the model 3 was above for a while their.
Yeah I agree a HUD is a perfect addition to this car, hoping it comes in the future!
2:13 Fair enough and that's coming from an owner of a flashy gas mustang who gets alot of thumbs up oin a muscle car town. Also it isn't like that is not not a vaqalid approach as Mazda does it too and no one says a Mazda is boring or looks bad. Which have you gotten any thumbs up yet for your telsa? It really is clean looking.
Stick-on blind spot mirrors are highly recommended
Awesome content! The 3D printer seems very useful and handy in this case 🤣
love the teslas, but i wish they had more range, better turning circle, a heads-up display, comfier ride and better sensors for parking because its current ones don't work well
Yeah I think a HUD is perfect for this car, hopefully the refresh has something like that. Agree that the current park assist is sketch, I can’t trust it
@@JSLReview elon has said that he wants the car to ultimately drive itself so all that information is not necessary for the driver plus it would make the s and x and even worse value since the additional screen is one of their selling points compared to the cheaper models and a HUD is basically that. There are a ton of aftermarket options but i wish we could see a stock version in action... they could do a lot of cool things with updates
You covered the 3D printer more than the Tesla. 👎
I am looking at buying this exact same car. My biggest question is how is the interior quality? I have read countless posts, reviews, and videos about subpar interior quality like rattles and parts not fitting correctly. I know every car manufacturer has its issues i just wonder if it is overblown. Thanks
Yeah good question, Tesla has a spotty record when it comes to quality and overall fit and finish. I had no issues on the interior when I took delivery and it’s been fine up to this point. That said, i think it’s not at the level of a traditional luxury vehicle like a Lexus or an Audi, but higher than like a ford or Honda. Hope this helps!
How is the Tesla model 3 in the winter and cold temps. That’s the only thing that has held me back from making the switch
Yea it’s a good question, the range drop is real in the cold, I lost at some points up to 35%. If you don’t have a home charger it’s something to really think about. To be fair this isn’t a Tesla exclusive challenge all EVs lose range in the winter.
how about turn your head left or right and shoulder check. 😂
2:18 I am quite sensitive to this line "I am not going to lie"... see, for the rest of the video, you didn't say that every time, so does that mean you were lying whenever you didn't say "I am not going to lie"?
With the new lower price and tax rebate I was considering this car. After I did an insurance quote, I did an abrupt halt, as the 60% premium increase is more than I currently pay for yearly gas and oil changes!
I heard Tesla insurance is cheaper through Tesla. My coworker pays $190.... Btw how did u get insurance quote without owning the car. Did u call each insurance company 1 by 1.
Dude! You went off the subject for a minute.
That ad ruined the entire video
Cool I work Uber Eats full time now so I want to try getting one next year
I think you may save a lot of money because the maintenance is less than the other ones. I want the same for that but I live in apartment so I have to find apartment that have garage so I can charge it there
Taking delivery of my model 3 standard range on Monday. So excited 😊
Congrats! What color did you go with? Keep us posted on how it goes with delivery!
@@JSLReview will do. I got the pearl white with black interior
I bought a Bolt EUV last month and i decided not to go with Tesla for a couple of main reasons.
1. Teslas depend a lot on the technology in them working perfectly with essentially no automatic fallback to a more basic system. Take the removal of ultrasonic sensors for example. I've driven past Teslas doing morse code with the auto high beams. On top of that, the charge plug is reliant on a computer-controlled mechanism to release the charge cable, though I can't fault Tesla too much for that since it's inherent to the plug's design and seems to be superior to the J1772 locking mechanism.
Also, it can get pretty cold (-25F on some occasions) where I live and from what I've read the heat pump system on Teslas can be slow to respond despite gathering heat from every possible source. Resistive heat has its merits in colder climates, and when it gets chilly but not brutally cold, the heated seats and steering wheel can be a good stand in.
And I haven't even gotten into the pricing yet.
How are you liking the euv? Currently deciding between the top of the line euv or the model 3. Similar price due to dealer markups on the euv.
@@kipu3492 As my only car, I love it and wouldn't consider anything else. The only Achille's heel of the euv is its charging speed, which is less than spectacular on longer drives. The onboard charger is pretty solid at 11.5kw, though. It gets a little squirmy at very high speeds, but it's absolutely nothing that threatens safety.
I didn't get mine marked up at all, so it was $35k financed with some options and $30k before fees and interest. Be sure to ask smaller dealerships that don't move many bolts.
If you want a well made mid range car that isn't a tesla, look at what Kia is doing with their ev6
@@pootispiker2866Chev is absolutely trash. I hope you bought the extended warranty.
My only problem with the Bolt is that it basically THE slowest charging battery of any EV in the US.
Awesome review! Though the Door failing thing is fckin WILD! like wtf would something like that happen?
Yeah it’s not a common occurrence to be fair but it’s super annoying when it doesn’t work
@@JSLReview thanks for replying man! Also, isn't the door not working not only annoying but also, a safety concern? like it's a basic function, as basic as the wheels turning but man, even that they can't get it right in 2023?? your thoughts?
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Is it not crazy to think how fast Tesla evolves. They don’t even charge for any of the paint colors anymore. And they have a great updated model 3 coming for 2024. Not to mention FSD is about to come alive over the course of the next year! Great times for a great company!
You can get a discounted model ordered directly from tesla with less than 4k down payment and a total no more than 20 grand with a ref code.
So does the base model still get the full 7500$ tax credit as of now?
I believe so but word on the street is that it will lose it going into 2024. Check on Teslas website to make sure.

I am doing my research again. I just did a test drive yesterday though and instantly HATED it. Which is super sad, because I really want to love the Tesla. But that single pedal regenerative breaking is so awful to drive. It feels wrong and like you have so little control over the car.
I am going back to try another drive tomorrow to see if I can get used to it or get past it. But man my first experience was awful
Yeah it’s jarring at first but in my experience you quickly get used to it and very much prefer it over the 2 pedal driving. Plus you could turn it off if it really isn’t something you like so try that next time you go for the test drive.
Bro littuly waited 6 months for a tesla😂
I think that for now, I just don't like Tesla, I'm not a big fan of only electric vehicles, I am a fan of only gas vehicles or hybrid vehicles where it's both electric and gas. I will say that there are quite a bit of prose for the Tesla Model 3 that I really liked, but I think that the cons of this car at least slightly outweigh just a tiny bit, but nonetheless it's still a tiny bit outweighs the pros of this car. I think that there are gas and hybrid vehicles that have way better mileage and there are more refuel stations for those cars than there are for only electric cars. For a 4 wheel vehicle, I expect that Tesla, if they continue to do only electric vehicles, I hope that they even for the cheapest model has great gas mileage for their batteries. I think it'll be another 10 years or so before Tesla actually makes their vehicles that are fully electric have just as good gas mileage as full gas and hybrid four-wheel vehicles. Like the hybrid and full gas, Toyota Corolla is arguably still the best MPG vehicle out there, and I don't think Tesla, at least not for a while, will be equal or superior in terms of miles per gallon than the Toyota Corolla. I think the Toyota Corolla is probably the best day today drivable vehicle out there for 4 wheels. Sure, Tesla has a better navigation system and has some electronics that are better than the Toyota Corolla, but honestly MPG or gas mileage is probably the best thing for a car if you're not using it for racing. I hope that Tesla eventually makes the mileage on their Tesla's so much better to the point where they can compete with the gas mileage is of some of their superior cars that have better gas mileage. And one more nitpick is, I hope that the charge time is a lot faster, so instead of waiting almost an hour for a full battery of car driving, I hope that it's like maybe 5 to 10 minutes of charge time. At that point, it's just not worth having a car that you have to wait out of station to charge that long. At that point, you're basically just wasting time when you could be doing other things that are more valuable than waiting for your car to charge. Although I'm personally a fan of vehicles that have good gas mileage when it comes to 4 wheels and then when it comes to fun, luxurious vehicles, I think I would probably go with a Kawasaki ninja H2 which to this day, is my favorite vehicle of all time, yes, it's 2 wheels and the gas mileage. Isn't that great, but it's probably, in my opinion, one of the most pleasurable rides I've ever ridden. It's fun and fast, and then for practicality, I would say my favorite ride I've ever done for a practical vehicle is probably the Toyota Corolla. I'm not saying Tesla will stay the way they are now I'm sure they will progress and get a lot better in years to come, but as of this exact moment, I think Tesla has some room and some pretty big room to grow before they can compete with some of the better gas mileage vehicles.
Your voice volume going up and down like a news reporter is not working for you. I missed half of what you said...
I have a referral link if someone wants to buy a tesla. Save ya $250. Plus i will get 10,000 credits lol
Omg.. I can't stand his voice lol
WTF Is this video about Tesla or 3D printing ? 🙄

@@JSLReview I’m 15 but once I’m 16 I want to save up for a Tesla m3 and would love to hear if it would be worth it by the time I’m like a junior or senior or when I get my drivers license, but idk because to replace the battery it’s gonna cost a lot but seems like a afford reliable electric car overall
