I am planning to take my son at the end of the month, I love your content because some of the other reviews I saw has me wanting to change my mind.... lol. I have two questions: How was the overall cleanliness of your room, to include the housekeeping staff? And did you experience outage of electricity or water in the bathrooms during your stay?

I am so sorry I'm just seeing this message. The rooms were clean, but they are slow to clean the rooms. No outages while we were there.

Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

They do have golf carts. The building we were in did not have an elevator. The other buildings have elevators and ramps.

I did not see any life jackets. We brought ours from home. There are life guards all over.

Yes, but the price during our travel was $4k more than the punta Cana location.

What room or building do you reserve to get ocean front or second level above ocean front?

We were in building 1, room 1213, it's a Flat Suite. There are only two floors in that building, no elevator.
