I am addicted to Ta'i Chi, I'm taking a class on it. I do it 2 times a day and I love it. It's amazing, my fingers tingle and I feel so amazing when I do it. I would recommend it to everyone!
I realise I am in a dream perhaps ...all my mind is relaxing, all energy ways are following the music waves, my phisical body requres these peace moments ...all my love from my heart dominates my body ...I hope when I'll wake up, my mind and solve will reflect this inner peace and overcover people arround me ....thanks

So, I looked up basic Tai Chi moves, and spent an entire evening replaying this song and repeating all these Tai Chi positions until I had them memorised. And, now I've forgotten them all, so I'll think I'll just repeat the whole thing again. : ) This is wonderful, thanks so much!! ♥ ♥
listening to this song with my eyes closed is like being home for me. im from europe though.. it's just my mum is a massage therapist and she uses this song. ooh i'm getting homesick.. now i have to close my eyes again!
Very nice music! I really do love it! But please turn the Ying Yang sign the other way round and line up the dots. Then it would be nice to look at it, listen to the music and mediate with it.
when i watch this i imagine im sitting on a clifftop, before me the open ocean, behind me lush grassland and flowers, a waterfall in the distance. the breeze blows over me, and i truly feel at peace. if there is such a place i want to go to it for real one day
It depends on the habitat (hot, cold, mountains, sea), to better face the different climate conditions. Apart from this, we all have two eyes, one mouth, two hands, one heart, two legs and so on...So we are not so different on the whole.
Also, chinese music reminds me of my dream. A dream tht one day ppl will except nature and peace and harmony. not evil or sins or revenge. The world it's self is a peace and harmony, with out its nature, we have no inspiration and the things we have to day. everyones life has peace and harmony, some ppl just need to find their innner peacce. btw, just because im sayn this, doesnt mean im a hippe, cause im not

It is natural to feel this way. However, naive wouldn't be the right way to describe someone who is forgiving. One could say that to believe revenge will bring you any true happiness is naive. Just because you forgive someone doesn't mean they should not be disciplined for there wrong action, but to punish out of hatred and revenge rather than the will to help someone to be better is not good, because initial feelings cloud true justice. If you're confused by anything I'll clarify. :)
