Programming the PIC on the Allstar VOTER Board

This shows how to program a blank PIC controller with the bootloader and the firmware to make this VOTER Board function. This assumes you have completed building the board.

This link is to download the entire voter project. This will contain the firmware and bootloader programming needed. Click on the green button that says "Code" and select "Download Zip" to download the entire project to your computer.
