This guide was thorough, comprehensive, precise, concise and clear. It also, gave some information that I did not know before e.g. some rarer types of loft conversions. The only slight additions I would have liked would have been sections on 1) insulation (both sound and temperature) as there are various types of insulation e.g. rockwool, sheet, etc., 2) heating - whether underfloor heating/radiators 3) floor height, need to ensure the plumbing, electrical cables, insulation etc., fit under the flooring 4) Ventilation - how to ensure the air flow e.g. ventilation at the eaves or through the roof tiles.
