Also - that light bar is (no pun intended) brilliant!
lol, thanks
Good video. Surprised that there is no relay fitted
Yes, I was always told you couldn't have all the accessory's power running through a switch as it's a fire risk. The piggyback fuse, is it running off a powered fuse outlet capable of running the lightbar? Is that fuse outlet now running two items? Would have been better to fit a high power item like that directly to the battery like what was done on the about a couple of dozen low power side lights? Shame a nice anchored switch wasn't fitted in that housing instead of a 3M stuck on one.
But all in all, the usual tidy job done on this channel.
Great job, loving your videos
Thank you I have loads more scheduled and lots to come
Great ! And the most important bit , how to wire it into the switch, You decided to Run It at 300 mph
Hi. I have the LWB version of the same van in the same colour. Where did you get the spray paint from and what make and colour name/code is it please?
You need to be careful of the colours the best way to determine the colour of your exact vehicle is the VIN plate.
Here is a link to help you

Could you put a link up for the roof rack components please
Will do i will add one to the description
After seeing your video with this roof rack im going to do the same to my vivaro. one question where did you get the channel nuts with the bolt shaft attached? i cant seem to find them anywhere.
thanks for the video.
Any unistrut fixings are compatible with the univolt from TLC direct
Piece of cloth would be nice underneth these tool on the roof...
Very true
Sad lack of allen bolts. Would also stop having to tighten bolts in your unistrut wih a vertical open ender !!
Yeah I had some but not the right length just showed a creative way for people to get round this issue
Hi Roy!
@@DaveAber9999 Hi Dave, this is how they do it "dahn sarf".
superb video mate. just a quick one. do you get any wind noise of your roof light when driving...cheers matt
Thank you. I haven't experienced any wind noises on the vans I've done and driven
Hi Dave I have the exact same van... and am now a week into my build and am finding you video so helpful.. nearly to the end of the carpeting stage... great content keep it up 👍
Hi ya, my name is Karl, lol. Anyway glad you are enjoying the videos, i have a lot of things coming up on this build soon.
oh yeah Dave's the Scottish dude..sorry karl.😳
You can get special sockets that fit inside unistrut, 21mm or 42mm for doing up 17mm nuts. Easier then using a spanner on its end.
(Or, just use allen bolts)
I didnt have any the right length that was the original plan
Looks amazing
thanks I'm looking forward to the finished project t
where did you get the light bar from?
Good old ebay
