To be honest, what disappoints me is that people are more focused on girl group's with girl crush concepts and the lyrics are not that influential or have a meaningful impact (Well not all). While, Red Velvet for example have beautiful side tracks like these, along with, Automatic, OOTN, Campire, Kingdom Come, and so much more. When you understand what the point of the song is, it's truly amazing I wish they would get just as much recognition as gg's with girl crush concepts. Because not only are the lyrics truly unique, the songs are bops.

I am starting college this year and I am really scared, this song touched me. I'm really crying, I love this girls too much. update: I'm already finishing my 3rd year, next one is gonna be my last and I'm having an amazing college experience. To anyone who may be scared DON'T! Awww, don't be scared! College is a really special time that you won't have forever, so don't sweat the small stuff (clothes, appearance, parties, boys) and enjoy the *experience*. Do a semester abroad, take a class that has nothing to do with your major, volunteer, join clubs that interest you. I was really introverted when I went to college (and 16 too), but the pool of people in college are so much more diverse than in high school, that I was able to make friends with the types of people that I felt completely comfortable being myself with. I teared a little while listening and knowing the lyrics, as I can definitely relate to this. I was supposed to graduate in a medical school this year but I decided to shift my studies to Architecture. It was too different from my previous one so I am freshman again. And even though I didn't regret my decisions, there's still a bit of pain inside of me seeing that my classmates are now ahead of me. I feel like a hundred miles behind compared to them and that the time is running so slow. 😞

Omg. I feel you in spiritual level.I study architecture too. I've always been a book & study(law/medic study) and I was a science major back in school days but then I chose architecture. I really had a hard time adapting to difference, in everything. I love architecture tho. But it's hard. I had to strive hard to be on the same level with my classmates.
Not my Name I know, my first week was kind of hard because I'm hearing new architectural terms. And my colleagues were pretty gifted especially in penmanship and drawing while I'm not, so I had to double my effort and work harder to compete with them. But luckily, my subjects right now involve in academics so I'm pretty confident with it. My medical background, which revolves around books, saved me. Lol

I graduated this year) and it is really tiring since there are a lot of Sleepless Nights to do a lot of plates from different subjects, you really need a strong empowerment to go on. Here's my reveluv story Hated on kpop for so long coz of toxic fans and didn't gave it the chance to listen to. Discovered BP and BTS and really vibed with their song. I only listen to them for 2 yrs. Tried twice and other groups but didn't really got my attention (except RV hadn't heard of them). January 2020, heard RV for the first time with Psycho. Bruh I had to stop everything I'm doin to focus on the song. And I'm proud to say I'm a reveluv now. How did I sleep on them for so long. Digged everything they had, and I wasn't disappointed. I mean everything from them is so good. Imo, they really are the best. So lucky to live in the same time with RV. ❤️
I didn't like Kpop because of the same reasons. Toxic fans and all those online feuds. One day I was browsing through UA-cam videos and this song was recommended to me. I know I'm years late, but that's also my favorite part of the songs. It's evokes so much feelings for me. I was able to attend R to V in Manila last May. You Better Know is the last song of the encore, and I gotta say that's the best decision ever. I was very close to the girls in the standing section. Hearing this song while confetti filled the air and knowing I got to finally see my favorite group just made me so emotional to the bone! I hope to see them again in the future complete with Joy.

Ok Joy is can hit the notes pretty easily her technique is really good thats why she also sing the chorus and she can still improve a lot so im going to rename her position as third vocalist to Lead vocalist and Seulgi is the second Main vocalist period.
Also Joy is starting almost every song in this album just like a lead vocal now yeri can be the lead rapper ugh this song is really beautiful because of that reason they gave tons of ad- libs and lines to the vocal line

The reason Yeri was also added in RV was because Joy was already set to be a vocalist by SM, Yeri actually filled her former spots (lead rapper, maknae, sub vocal). Then, SM continued to build on RV and their primary sound, and Russian Roulette nailed the hammer, having Joy as the newest member of the vocal line and tbh, Joy sorta balances Wendy and Seulgi out, she is the unique sound in RV, and you can hear her prominently on RR's chorus

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve came back to this song either when I felt like it was going to be a good day, or if I needed a pick me up (or if I just wanted to listen to it). Definitely one of my favorite Red Velvet B-Sides (and song overall)- just everything about it from Irene and Yeri getting very nice beautiful vocal bits, from Seulgi and Joy with their gorgeous tones, to Wendy killing it with her vocal’s especially during the bridge and the end. Like come on just stunning and even though a rap could’ve been great it works very well without one! Let’s just say Red Velvet continues to amaze me!

Red Velvet is that one group that exactly give me the same vibes as SHINee (i am a shawol). They are vibrantly colorful, and have velvety gentle sides of them that makes them fun and lovable. I always love SHINee B-sides more, and now RV's too. You can feel their song is about what even without knowing the lyrics meaning. Its not because they are under one family, but more like..both groups are so similar to each other, their relationship with the members, you can feel their passion really genuinely. They dont feel "fake".

Bruh I had to stop everything I'm doin to focus on the song. And I'm proud to say I'm a reveluv now. How did I sleep on them for so long. Digged everything they had, and I wasn't disappointed. I mean everything from them is so good. Imo, they really are the best. So lucky to live in the same time with RV. ❤️
I didn't like Kpop because of the same reasons. Toxic fans and all those online feuds. One day I was browsing through UA-cam videos and this song was recommended to me. Listened to it and I felt this breeze blow inside me. I had not felt that way due to a Kpop song. Soon got into their discography and I'm proud to say that I'm a Reveluv ❤️❤️
me too!! i hated kpop because of the fans and the "noise" their songs make. but, i tried to listen to kpop songs since my classmates were into it. and I've found red velvet and twice. i wasn't deep into it tho. although i took a break from listening to kpop 'cause it's vacation (so no classmates bugging me to listen to it). I didn't bother to listen to it anymore.
but, as USUAL, kpop welcomed me with love scenario(ikon) and power(red velvet), and i came back!! i'll never quit from being a kpop fan anymore🥺🙅🏻♀️

I know I'm years late, but that's also my favorite part of the songs. It's evokes so much feelings for me. I was able to attend R to V in Manila last May. You Better Know is the last song of the encore, and I gotta say that's the best decision ever. I was very close to the girls in the standing section. Hearing this song while confetti filled the air and knowing I got to finally see my favorite group just made me so emotional to the bone! I hope to see them again in the future complete with Joy.

Ok Joy is can hit the notes pretty easily her technique is really good thats why she also sing the chorus and she can still improve a lot so im going to rename her position as third vocalist to Lead vocalist and Seulgi is the second Main vocalist period.
Also Joy is starting almost every song in this album just like a lead vocal now yeri can be the lead rapper ugh this song is really beautiful because of that reason they gave tons of ad- libs and lines to the vocal line

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve came back to this song either when I felt like it was going to be a good day, or if I needed a pick me up (or if I just wanted to listen to it). Definitely one of my favorite Red Velvet B-Sides (and song overall)- just everything about it from Irene and Yeri getting very nice beautiful vocal bits, from Seulgi and Joy with their gorgeous tones, to Wendy killing it with her vocal’s especially during the bridge and the end. Like come on just stunning and even though a rap could’ve been great it works very well without one! Let’s just say Red Velvet continues to amaze me!

This song has always radiated "home" to me, Idk I listen to it when I had a rought day or am feeling worn out and then it makes me feel better.
Red Velvet is that one group that exactly give me the same vibes as SHINee (i am a shawol). They are vibrantly colorful, and have velvety gentle sides of them that makes them fun and lovable. I always love SHINee B-sides more, and now RV's too. You can feel their song is about what even without knowing the lyrics meaning. Its not because they are under one family, but more like..both groups are so similar to each other, their relationship with the members, you can feel their passion really genuinely. They dont feel "fake".
