Hi, the carrying case for the SimplyGo Mini is not machine washable. To clean it, you can follow these steps: 1. Use a damp cloth: Wipe down the exterior of the case with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and stains. 2. Mild detergent: If necessary, use a small amount of mild detergent on the cloth to clean tougher spots. 3. Avoid soaking: Make sure not to soak the case or expose it to excessive moisture, as this could damage the material or structure. 4. Air dry: Allow the case to air dry completely before putting the concentrator back in. If you need further assistance or have any other questions, feel free to call us at 888-909-1477!
Oer and over your CG says "Don't overcharge the battery" but you never tell us how to stop charging it. When it is plugged in, it charges automatically. I think it auto shuts off charging when full so if that is the case, go back and edit all of that out of the video. Also when giving battery times it is misleading not to say if you are in pulse mode vs CF and at what level etc... You should show the chart (and explain the chart)... All in all, OK. Cost of everything is important too.
Hi, I got one of these for my father, but I haven't figured out how much oxygen each of the levels provides. My father needs 2 litters. When google it, it says that this machine produces up to 1L/minute on the maximum setting of 5. But other videos say that it goes from 1L to 5L. I have read the instructions but that part about how much oxygen it provides is not clear. I will really appreciate it if you could explain how much oxygen it provides on each level. Thanks
SimplyGo has two flow options. Pulse-dose (on-demand) flow and continuous flow. You can set the unit to continuous flow mode and set the liter flow to 2 liters. However, if pulse-dose works you should test at pulse setting of 2 or 3. If he can maintain oxygen saturation at pulse setting, he can use that while traveling as the battery will last longer. For more info, please refer to SimplyGo user's manual and discuss with your healthcare provider.
When my unit was delivered, I did not get a manual If I travel and use this and connect it to my cpap, should I take the battery off and plug it in? I do not want to overcharge.
Please note: Respironics SimplyGo 'Mini' is not compatible with a CPAP machine, since SimplyGo Mini is a pulse-dose only unit. However, SimplyGo that can supply continuous flow as well can be used with a CPAP machine. Please read our article for more details: www.oxygenconcentratorstore.com/blog/connect-oxygen-concentrator-cpap-machine/
I have watched a few video's and not one shows any warning indicators that appear on the top of mind at times. One shows a so call mini go in the screen where oxegon settings show. Hard to explain but i even called oxegon supply place they had no clue?? I'm usually out when it happens and i panic thinking I'm not getting air. It only shows orange pic of like a mini and takes up whole screen. You can't see what oxegon is set at. Hopefully you can make sense of what i've written.
Your SimplyGo Mini probably requires service. Before you go for that, see whether the unit is placed properly in the case and there are no kinks in the tubing.
I have a ten year old philips respionics with a very low use. I bought a new battery but have now have a yellow triangle with a wave symbol. I either need a service manual and parts to fix this. I tried to fill out a service request but no answer. the pharmacy we bought from stopped selling this so won't help.
It comes with a nasal cannula since SimplyGo Mini is a pulse dose unit. Our Oxygen Specialist would be happy to help you out with your requirements. Please give us a call at 888-909-1477.

It is true that some oxygen concentrators recommend running the machine for 20 minutes before use, but this is typically only necessary when the machine is brand new or has not been used for a while. This allows the oxygen concentrator to properly warm up and stabilize before delivering oxygen.
I would like to know what "genius" thought it was a great idea to tell folks ho already know they are breathing hard that they aee having a "high breath rate". You mean to tell me someone actually got paid to do that?????
Good review. Thanks. All you failed to mention is that it may come with or without associated tubing and nose piece. You could have done some of the maintenance cleaning stuff. I should shut up now. All I wanted was to congratulate your presentation. CHEES MATE
This machine ran so hot that it burned all the batteries in the bag, even ones not inserted in the machine. It also burned my fingers. Please do NOT buy this machine.

This was a helpful introduction; the manual is so detailed and I wanted a quick overview (as the spouse.)

Working time on 4 LPM ?
On Setting of 4, average battery life with Standard Battery is 2 hr 15 min and with extended battery is 4 hr 30 min.

Philips Respironics discontinued this model. It'll be very difficult to get it repaired without a valid warranty.
This machine is too loud... Takes about 30 minutes of run time before it quiets down to 43db
I want to ask about changing oxygen source, what is that mean? Sieve beds?
Changing oxygen source means getting oxygen from a different device, say oxygen tanks or another concentrator.
Does it come with oxygen mask ??

This model is only pulse 2L through 5L...

When an alarm appears on screen, press the yellow Mute control that appears on the alarm screen. The Mute control will then change to gray.
I wish I would have been able to try this before I returned the unit. Thank you for the response.

Why does battery only last 11/2 hr
The battery life depends on the oxygen setting, BPM, battery condition, etc.

This machine sucks. It's loud, the battery doesn't last long and the breath rate alarm is annoying as hell.
