would you believe that I am totally and very much normal about this series and character; totally not abnormal and strange about it at all psssssh nah dismissive limp wrist
anyways, made my way into the HLVRAI fandom and there’s no saving me now, this has cOnsUmed my singular brain cell and I have mAny ideas and things I wanna draw/animate 👁👁 so keep your eyes…out? open…? OH- PEELED, TGATS HOW THE PHRASE GOES- for some animatics if I can manage the time lmaooo (also like, general Half Life content because oHoHohOhog that has also firmly grasped my synapses and I haven’t even gotten to play the games yet)
this speedpaint took maybe around 4-5 hours total for me to complete which is SHOCKINGLY speedy in my case, especially since I was primarily using the watercolor brushes for so long- then again most detail comes from effects rather than the subject itself lmaoo (also the eyes and chains were preset brushes I had already made; you can also see me attempt to make a “B” brush during the speedpaint but that backfired badly lmaoo)
i also got an unintentional skeletal and muscular system drawing lesson during this, worth it tho, this is gonna come in handy later on :)))
also yes i dragged out the video because i wanted to include the full Portal song JBSJSBSB
