I like the name Icarus. Quite fitting for a diving coaster that falls into water, just like the Greek legend.

You don’t understand how excited I have been for this man. Truly some of the highest quality Planet Coaster creations I have ever seen. For ep2 coaster you should call it ‘Thalassa’ which is the Greek word for deep water. 🙌🙌

Just an idea for the right-hand side of the front entrance, as it's on the exit side, maybe something like season passes so guests can get annual passes to come back, or photo opportunity with a backdrop to say come back soon?

My Name Idea is ‘Kailani’, meaning Sea and Sky. It also gives of a very Atlantis Vibe! My Storyline idea: Kailani is a lost soul in the ruins of Voyagers’ Adventure. For years she has been concentrating her energy into uniting the sea and sky, creating a masterpiece of bended steel. You are invited to touch the sky and skim the sea with Kailani! Only at Voyagers’ Adventure.

Gosh, at last its finally here! Brilliant episode, by far the best yet. I think a cool name for the dive coaster could be "Into the Abyss" or "Abyssal waters"

Wonderful start buddy! I totally understand the time lapse, I almost feel like I build too fast when its being recorded for time lapse and it almost feels like I'm rushing everything. Cant wait to see how this series unfolds!

I love the atmosphere / theming of the park as well, kind of really dense theming but also minimalistic (in a good way obviously) and it all just seems amazing. CANT WAIT FOR NEXT EPISODE!!!

Feel your pain with the timelapse style.. videos now take me 4 times longer to edit than the update style.. for very little payoff on the watch time too.. Loving this entrance though, this looks awesome! Very Gardaland - but classier..

@@CorvusCoasters that was the reason I started that way. Then I moved to time lapse montage because people asked for it, but more people don't watch it, making me question whether to even keep them. I might go back to staged updates instead. Less effort to edit
I'm just trying something different with this series to see how it goes, I've always done timelapse in past series and it's been fun but does definitely take up a lot more time. I may try something else with the next series or keep the same, I see how this pans out :)

Name suggestion tidal twister
I'm just wishing your dive coaster is more interesting that the basic coasters like oblivion, I really just don't care for those simpler dive coasters and I honestly just don't like how they look. But I'm sure what you'll do will be great no matter what :)
Oblivion is just so iconic and it was the first one ever. But it is much longer, I'm really happy with it :)
Names for the coaster, ATLANTICA, NEPTUNES ABYSS, SEA KINGS PLUNGE, and LEVIATHANS LAIR. I hope u like them 😊

I love your build style and the overall build vision but the video format is... strange. I want to see you build, not change things and then explain it. This is just my opinion and personal preference.
I've made the change to update style over time-lapse because it's less stressful and more enjoyable to create this way. With a full time job and other commitments it's harder for me to build in longer sessions so this fits my life style and creativity better :)

This is the world’s first vertical drop rollercoaster.
During the ride, you will freefall face first into blackness.
A freefalling object is something that falls under the sole influence of gravity.
Unfortunately in this instance that object will be you.
Freefalling objects accelerate as they plummet downwards.
This is a ticker trace of a ball falling taken at 0.1 second intervals.
The fact that the distance the ball travels is increased shows it is speeding up.
Unfortunately unlike the ball, people do not bounce.
When there is air resistance, large objects fall faster than small ones and as you’ll be falling vertically on a ride car that weighs more than a large elephant, this could be some cause for concern.
In fact, if Newton’s second law of gravity is applied to your predicament, this could mean you are about to be trashed.
During the drop into blackness, the gravitational pull may exert excessive force of body tissue.
For instance you may experience a reduction in skin moisture: Dehydration may lead to an evaporation of essential protective brain fluid.
This may cause the brain to rattle around in the skull a bit.
In stressful situations such as these, the body’s fight or flight response system is activated.
Muscles tense.
Heart rate increases.
And there is an increase in body temperature.
For those about to ride Oblivion, extreme anxiety may cause spontaneous combustion.
Make sure you are wearing flameproof underwear.
At the same time, adrenalin levels also rise and the brain’s chemical messengers go into overdrive.
Adrenalin junkies may OD on the excitement.
G-Force is another factor.
Take a pilot for instance.
The maximum G-Force a human being can withstand is plus or minus 9g.
9g means that a pilot is undergoing a force 9 times that of Earth.
If he weighs 200 pounds he will suddenly feel as if he weighs 1800 pounds.
The force involved makes blood flow to the feet and the pilot will experience a grey out where he is unable to discern any colour, or even a temporary black out.
Or if the plane is upside down the increased blood flow to the brain may cause a red out, where his vision is replaced with a red screen.
The maximum G-Force experienced on Oblivion is 4.5g.
This is not drastic enough to cause a grey out, a black out or even a red out.
But it may be enough for some people to experience what is known as
A cop out
This psychological state usually occurs when the moment of truth arrives.
And it’s their turn to drop into Oblivion.
False bravado is replaced by weak excuses at the prospect of a sheer vertical drop into the abyss.
If this happens to your friends it means they have zero g tolerance...
Or that they’re just soft.
We have heard all about the physical effects that riding on Oblivion can have, but what about the psychological aspect?
Will you ever be the same again?
And once you have ridden on the most awesome ride of modern times.
According to experts, it’s all a question of whether one does or does not look down.
If you are of a nervous disposition, we advise you not to look down.
But be warned, if you do choose to close your eyes, this may be taken as a sign by your friends that you have no bottle.
For us to understand what you are about to experience, we must first analyse how you feel about heights.
Have you ever suffered from vertigo?
Do you suffer from acrophobia?
The fear of heights?
Do you dream about falling?
Most sleepers usually wake up before they hit the ground.
If you do dream about falling down a long, dark tunnel or a well or a dark bottomless pit with restricted vision...
Bad news...
You may be about to experience periods of déjà vu.
Typical acrophobic symptoms are:
Increased heart rate
Churning stomach
Dizziness
Sweating palms
If you are experiencing symptoms such as these now, you may be a complete basket case by the time you come to sit on the ride.
Of course, you could always telephone the Oblivion helpline.
But unfortunately, I do not have the number.
So... is the Oblivion experience anything like dreams of falling?
The answer to that unfortunately is
NO
This is the world’s most technologically advanced ride.
Far deeper, far darker than your worst nightmare...
After experiencing Oblivion, some people may wish to wipe the event from their memory.
We should point out that hypnosis is not available at Alton Towers.
