I have to ask now after watching your other videos. Revisiting this spill on the LH1. Would you recommend this or the LH8? I’m intending to use it mainly with an 18350 body, occasionally 18650. Thanks for the great videos.

    Great review thanks.
Do you know if the LH1 head can handle a 21700 battery?

Hey bruz, another aussie here! Great vids-- since you have both can u plz tell me out of this LH1 vs TN12 pro, which is most effective for temp blinding an assailant?
I love both torches, but having a hard time deciding which

      Definitely the TN12 pro bro.
The LH1 is AMAZING but it is a thrower light so the hotspot is tiny at close range. If you want a light for blinding and you are debating between only those two lights, the TN12 pro is definitely better

@@flashlightcrazy thanks man! Yeah it’s just the tn-12 pro has controls I like, usb-c, tan color, battery light.. just seems to tick all the boxes - my only question was if the candela was enough

@@twalsh05 100% the candela is enough.

Can you do a review on the new Modlite HOG heads plzzzz. I bought an LH1 head to put on Modlite's new 21700 (HOG) body and I LOVE how clean the LH1 beam pattern is, how defined the spill is, and the candela of 89,000 is just amazing for the price because of how well the beam pattern is with the throw. I know Modlite doesnt have clean beam patterns on their lights like the LH1, but just wondering how it stacks up next to the LH1. I honestly don't think it beats the LH1 in terms of crispness from what I've seen

I can't buy them in Australia. Modlite website won't ship to Australia so I don't know where to get them from in Aus. Maybe eBay I will have a look at

are there any LEP heads that take non rechargable batteries? 1 or 2 cr123a?
do the tail caps fit industry standard weapon light tail caps?
Also at 4:44 the center high candela area doesnt appear to be at all centered in the spill area. i count 6 squares to its right and 10 to its left - is this a perspective thing or is it not centered?
    Thanks for any clarifications

    • @flashlightcrazy

It is definitely centred. Must have been a perspective issue due to me not holding it exactly straight on.
Not that I am aware of regarding your question about cr123 batteries.
The tail caps can fit some surefire lights, yes

Did you ever give the weight with battery?

    • @flashlightcrazy
      @flashlightcrazy  Рік тому

I thought i did, but apologies if not. It comes in at 132.16grams including battery and lens protector

@@flashlightcrazy thanks, mate. I can see that light being in my EDC attire but with a quality pen light also to handle more practical lumen needs for everyday life. The Weltool used only for defense. Dang it, you got me thinking. I just got a light but it's always fun thinking about the future.
