Great tutorial. One thing i have to say, be careful if you need to change the password before you ever get to log in. You cannot change it from the command line after. I made the mistake of adding a super long password, only to find later i could not paste it into my vnc viewer. The second thing i have to say is Apple sucks. Their opinionated bs that changes from os to os, reinventing the wheel and then having poor support.
another stupid thing they did was disable creation of root folders. this would have allowed easy rsync across platforms from a common root path. but Apple gave everyone the finger.
thanks bro you are awesome, I try to last one week after showing your video i done it. thank you very much
👍👍❣❣❣
Best video I've seen detailing this process. Thank you so much. Very easy to understand!
Hey Nolan - thanks a bunch this helped me a lot. A quick question though - is it possible to run 2 different instances simultaneously?
Yes you could. It would just be double the cost.
Is it possible to do multiple monitors using this method?
How much does it typically cost to run that macOS host for 24 hours?
I think at the time it was about $28 / 24h
@@TechworksOnline thanks!
@@TechworksOnline $28 for 24 hours or $28 for 24 hours * 30 days?
@@HARUN-AKSU $28 per day, so $840 per 30 days, and there is a minimum of 1 day.
@@TechworksOnline Thanks brother
