15' introduced me to the Dolls and THEE FIREBALL was the very first doll to catch my eye. From her movements, her energy, and the manor in which she executed those counts? There has never been a denial of her abilities and talents and that's not even mentioning her unmatched energy on the field itself. Shirley dances/danced from her fingertips down to her toes every time she had to perform and it never went unnoticed. This interview just solidified my love for her as a dancer. AND I TOLD Y'ALL THAT SHE MISSED HER CRAB SISTERS THAT LAST YEAR! I didn't expect her to speak about her short time as Captain, but I'm happy that she did and that you brought it up in such a classy way. My biggest thing 💕 is the small references between Gabby and Jordan’s videos. Gabby pointed Jordan out as her big sis, always helping and watching out for her (school wise especially). And Jordan basically stated how Gabby and ‘18 did a good job, didn’t blame her for the Captain drama, and stood up for Gabby/her sisters. She didn’t appreciate the hate. It is amazing how others didn't hear those words said by Jordan. I have so much respect for her because she had to deal with the way people mistreated her as well as she didn't like the way people mistreated Gabby being that it wasn't her fault. I LOVE how she addressed things and put a lot of particular assumptions from fans to rest. I'm also glad that she gave a very mature interview and not the one everyone was obviously trying to get, which was this super in depth story with names. She was actually more supportive of the team and the changes than we were, and as fans that's not a good look on us. Some things we thought however, was true based on how she worded it. But she gave everything the closure it needed and I hope we as fans can get better with how we are about our favorite dancers without jumping left.

So it's true. Jordan was named captain and it was taken and given to Gabby. I could see her pain all in this video and it seemed like she really wanted to talk about it. She is still hurt. She can never get that back. And I could tell Morgan was being careful too. This situation was just so bad. Both Gabby and Jordan dealt with so much negativity. We have all praised Gabby for doing an awesome job as captain and being a class act 2019 by coming back even though it wasn't a captain. But I just want to give Jordan a shoutout as well. She reminds me of me, and a lot of people, when you are broken, angry, and a heap of other feelings and you act on an impulse and run away. That's what she did, but many people hated her for it. But she came back...a class act.... no crab sisters, and no doubt a lot of side eyeing happening. But she finished what she started for her and for her sister, for KP her captain. I really hope that people can try to have a little more sympathy about what she went through and keep her in prayer.
Yes, she was named Captain by the then Band Director Haymer. He gets fired and then a change happened with the sponsor that year (A lot of changes). Many of the older dolls felt as though they no longer had input on THEIR TEAM. As a result, everyone began bumping heads. Basically, a power struggle and bloated egos. The only ones that got hurt were the dancers (Jordan and Gabby). Smh. Totally unnecessary.

She got the last laugh because I am not sure there are many dancers that can take a year off and come back and basically appear as though their dance prowess didn't take a hit. Jordan did that this school year and should be very proud of herself.

Yes, Maya one of my favs did get a wool jacket but it was after the fact in 2019 and it was specially made for because she did not complete her four years. (Which she should have) Maya did not get her wool jacket with her crab class which I’m sure is a completely different feeling. I’m sure whoever gave her the wool jacket was trying to right a wrong. Nonetheless, I should’ve stated Jordan is the only one of Kayla’s crab that completed 4 years.

You can tell she toned it down not to take too much of the spotlight. You can also see the pain and discomfort but she danced through it. But who shot Johnny was theeee moment.

J J Jordan supported Haymer and the other band director didn’t like it but the drum major was was supporting Haymer as well he didn’t remove him so with that’s being said it was messy and foul as fuck and I know you said that we shouldnt feel anyway about that team but I will let you take that high rode to me none of them should have returned they should have sat back with you and fought for what was right that’s what sister hood is about and since that did happen I don’t use period I didn’t watch or comment that whole year until you came back is when I watched and when I almost cried watching you I was pretty much done watching them this season but any whom I love you down and you can’t be touch I hate that good people get treated as such

I love this interview and I'm glad she addressed the situation in a positive manner. I really hate how band directors or dance coordinators screw students over in the band. Neither Jordan or Gabby deserved what happened to them but their resilience outshines the hate that was given towards them.

I love Jordan! She is humble, gracious and a fireball! She needed this for closure and I’m happy that we, as viewers, were awaiting to see things from her point of view. I felt like I needed this and it answers a lot of questions. She has an amazing spirit and when she dances, she was just breathtaking! Great video. Love Miss Jordan. Omg, I wish I could have told her about that time she lead the I love your smile. She nailed that routine. But I'm glad she got to tell her story rather than everyone else telling her story. This was truly a great interview. The last of Kayla's babies. The last of the best decade ever. But I do have a problem with the people over the Dolls and that's where all the issues lie right at their feet. I believe that there is some power play with them. Didn't they stop to think about how this mentally would affect this young lady? I'll answer that myself... Hell no because it's been done to other Dolls before but the only difference is that social media and now their dirty little secrets are out. They have to realize the problems they caused the fans and the girls on the team. Lesson learned. One small decision can cause a bigger problem that may have long affecting consequences. She really wanted to talk about what happened, you can tell by how many time she initiated talking about it, & then stopping herself. Hope she doesnt stop dancing after this. I know nursing is life once you're in it, but I would love to see more from her. I wonder what's her sign, she very in touch with her emotions and I love it..... also when she talked about what she wouldve brought to the team leadership wise.... everything she said, is everything we LACKED this year!
You can tell she toned it down not to take too much of the spotlight. You can also see the pain and discomfort but she danced through it. But who shot Johnny was theeee moment.
When she said it’s not about what you can bring but what you can bring out of the team 🙌🏾 she would have been a amazing captain. I really enjoyed this interview and getting to know Jordan a little more being that I’m new to dolls. I’m happy she got that closure she needed.

J J Jordan supported Haymer and the other band director didn’t like it but the drum major was was supporting Haymer as well he didn’t remove him so with that’s being said it was messy and foul as fuck and I know you said that we shouldnt feel anyway about that team but I will let you take that high rode to me none of them should have returned they should have sat back with you and fought for what was right that’s what sister hood is about and since that did happen I don’t use period I didn’t watch or comment that whole year until you came back is when I watched and when I almost cried watching you I was pretty much done watching them this season but any whom I love you down and you can’t be touch I hate that good people get treated as such
@@jessewilliams8497 , I feel you on that. It was hard to support the Dolls last year considering how Jordan was messed over. I agree that it was a sisterhood, and that's why I respected what several of the girls did when they were offered the captain's position, they respectfully declined. That was true sisterhood to me.
She is as amazing as I thought she was and in my mind I’m her HUGEST supporter! I love a woman who can meaningfully articulate her own thoughts! I also loved the fact that she mentioned a true LEGEND Davique Dumars who actually started me looking at the dolls soooo many years ago! Jordan Aka Shirley is the real deal!!! I love this interview and I'm glad she addressed the situation in a positive manner. I really hate how band directors or dance coordinators screw students over in the band. Neither Jordan or Gabby deserved what happened to them but their resilience outshines the hate that was given towards them.

I love Jordan! She is humble, gracious and a fireball! She needed this for closure and I’m happy that we, as viewers, were awaiting to see things from her point of view. I felt like I needed this and it answers a lot of questions. She has an amazing spirit and when she dances, she was just breathtaking! She is a natural leader and I’m blessed to see her for all these years. Technically sound, fireball, presence, poise, etc. I will miss her and I am happy that Morgan was able to speak to her. Great video. Love Miss Jordan. Omg, I wish I could have told her about that time she lead the I love your smile. She nailed that routine. But I'm glad she got to tell her story rather than everyone else telling her story. This was truly a great interview. The last of Kayla's babies. The last of the best decade ever. But I do have a problem with the people over the Dolls and that's where all the issues lie right at their feet. I believe that there is some power play with them. Didn't they stop to think about how this mentally would affect this young lady? I'll answer that myself... Hell no because it's been done to other Dolls before but the only difference is that social media and now their dirty little secrets are out. They have to realize the problems they caused the fans and the girls on the team. Lesson learned. One small decision can cause a bigger problem that may have long affecting consequences. I also believe this had a lot to do with the last band director picking her and they had a issue with him and made Jordan suffer for it. Best of luck Doll...... Always and Forever, Forever Dolls💃
