Keep an eye on those little bath squirt toys. My son had some and they got moldy on the inside because you can't dry them out. Soooo excited for you Lindsay and the Aunties!!!
Yes. I would only give mine one or 2 at a time. Trash those after a few uses and then get couple more.
Miss Shel you could also put hot glue on the holes and even though you can’t squirt them they don’t get moldy and they still float

For all commenting on the baby bath toys - if you seal the bottom hole of each bath toy using a hot glue gun you don’t have to worry about water getting inside and molding. Congrats Lindsay!! Beautiful shower!! I love all of y’all ❤️❤️

Maybe it was the music, but Lindsay looked peaceful and in the moment at her baby shower. Definitely a model to learn from in terms of enjoying the pregnancy journey and being content with your life and body.

Lindsay, my sister had bad constipation as a baby and my mom had to feed her prunes and prune juice because it helped. That’s the only reason I know what they are...just an FYI. Hopefully your sweet one won’t have any problems!

Please be careful with bath toys! There are a lot of cases where, even though the toys were cleaned out, there was invisible bacteria not visible to the eye that really injured some babies’s eyes

Am I the only one who felt the baby shower was handled irresponsibly considering we’re living in a pandemic? I want Lindsay to have the most amazing shower but more importantly I want her family to be safe. Pregnant woman need to be especially careful. I also find it unfair that they are putting the essential workers in their community at risk by gathering without any precautions. Hugging without mask and putting out buffet style food is clearly an at risk activity that should have been handled differently. I think things could have been handled slightly differently and been significantly safer and still a wonderful shower.
I read somewhere that all the shower guests were tested for Covid before attending.
If you watch the girls Instagrams you can tell there is a sort of lax approach to what’s going on. I think the most jarring for me was when she was posting about getting her hair done a couple weeks ago neither her nor the stylists were wearing masks. This is not only reckless but illegal in the state of Utah. Also not a ton of safety precautions regarding being pregnant either. (Flying at 36 weeks for her sisters wedding??) Same goes for Witney too so I’m thinking it’s more of a cultural thing out in Utah particularly in the LDS community. I would just expect more from someone who has family members who are in the health care field.
Agreed. I love their videos but so many people see these influential people having large gatherings and traveling and going to restaurants and then think it's fine for them to do it too. This pandemic will never be over if people continue to ignore restrictions and recommendations.
Good thing that it wasn’t your shower nor were you invited. It was supposed to be 2 weeks to slow the spread and prepare the hospitals and now we’re on 7 months. Please do some research on how the CDC is reporting numbers and you’ll see that it’s not as serious as they’re making it out to be. Unfortunately it’s being used as a political tactic, had covid happened any other year this would have already gone and past.
@@jessicatucker8464 the pregnancy flying thing is actually only a rule because airlines don't want women to go into labor on the flight. It's not to do with baby/pregnancy safety.
