Roy Clark was a great entertainer, humble man & super talented. He was both a singer & musician. His guitar & banjo playing are legendary. A lot of musicians & artists today could learn a lot from his style & technique. Glen Campbell was also an underrated guitarist. But these men paved the way for a lot of musicians today.
Roy is a master of many instruments, a man with many talents ( singing, playing, comedy, acting and just be overall entertaining guy. his guitar skill should be mentioned with the likes of SRV, Eddie VanHalen, and many others

I tried the "shoe slide" at a show once, landed in the 8th row of seats and it took 3 days to get my head untangled from the strings!!!!! Ever try to eat a hamburger with a G and B string wrapped around your tonsils? It wasn't pretty, I'm telling you 🤪🤣👼🕺😁😜
