Answers of the questions asked.
1. Nt=500 ,
Ro= 1.5
Hence Nt+4 = 1.5^4 *500=> 2531.25
Similarly Nt+1 = 750
Nt+2= 1125
Nt+3= 1687.5
2. Nt =160
Nt+1 = 200
Here Ro will be 200/160= 1.25
Hence Nt+3 = 1.5^3 * 160 => 312
3. Popn. grows @5%
Nt here can be taken as 100
So Nt+1 =105
Rate of increase per generation (lamda) = Nt+1/Nt = 105/100= 1.05
Hence overall Popn. after 5 years will be
Nt+5 = 1.05^5 *100 = 127
