it will be good if after removing the filter you clean the inside of the housing, but not with a rag, but with a special liquid. To clean it you first need to release the remaining fuel from the housing through the drain channel and keep it open while cleaning.
Pour info : J'ai effectué le remplacement de mon filtre sur Peugeot Expert 3 (2016) depuis. J'ai retiré tout le gasoil a l'aide d'une seringue, nettoyé le réceptacle (qui était propre), changé le filtre et remis le gasoil. Pas eu besoin d'amorcer quoi que ce soit, le démarrage s'est fait presque normalement. Si ça peut aider... ;)
