We have yellow/gold borders for games that is inside top 10% when ordered by quality. So they are roughly equivalent of saying "fixtures to target" when planning. We also have a red border for bottom 10% to avoid.

On the "Projected Point Averages" chart, why do some of the boxes have a green outline and some don't?

It is updated with values until GW36, and will have another update after GW38.
