Sandhill Crane Colt 5 weeks

This Sandhill Crane Colt is about 5 weeks old in this video. The parents are constructing a mound to keep the colt high and dry in rising water. It is just before sunset and the parents will continue into darkness. One will stay with the colt while the other stays in the immediate area till sunrise.
