Counseling really helps. I'm in a therapy and I know that therapy really helps you work out the problems. The therapy is not just a therapist listening to you and give philosophical advice, they really treat the mental conditions of people through medical processes. I'm glad that this show is spreading awareness about seeking mental help as many people are hesitant to go in the therapy for the fear of being labelled as mentally ill.
Yes counseling really helps provided you have a psychologist that does really want you to get well. Not one that is more interest in your money than anything you have to say.... If the makers of this drama don't know the difference between a psychologist and psychiatrist I wonder what sort of research they did to make this show.
@@dunnokhan6606 Yes, that's why I said 'therapist'. Fortunately there are many good therapists in our country who are sincere professionals. As for the drama, I think the primary focus is to spread awareness that seeking mental help is not a bad thing and end the stereotypes associated with it. I'd say if one person decides to seek help after watching this drama, the goal is achieved.

Me from India.. We got live example last week of this.. One of our greatest talented young actor committed suicide due to depression.. Sushant singh rajput.. Nation is in distress bcz of his absence.. He was immensely intelligent talented handsome and everything.. Achived his dreams and what not at an early age of 34..belomged to middle class family.. But he was so intelligent he rocked everywhere.. In studies in science and in acting too... Just sometime back he fought with depression and left the world...so we can imagine depression is not a small thing...absence of mental peace gives no happiness.. Even whatever you have wht you achieve n how much brilliant you are
