I listen to a lot of his music, but this is my first time hearing him speak and I'm so surprised that is his speaking voice! I'm no expert in this field, but I actually expected his voice to be similar to Shawn's since I've heard a lot of singers who have deep voices when they sing have much higher speaking voices (i.e. Christina Aguilera and Lana del Rey). Charlie's is the other way around.
