October Facial Hair Update

A little over a year ago, I made a video about playing with facial hair. My opinion has softened a bit about needing to trim where the metal of the mouthpiece rubs the hair against my skin. I still do believe that a lot of playing every day would cause irritation eventually.
Teaching a few lessons and a rehearsal once a week on Tuba or bass trombone would probably be okay. Unless it was a lot of playing, it isn't a problem. For small bore tenor, I have no issue with the mustache or the beard. Sorry about the Alto being a bit (a lot) flat.

Afraid that them's rare Dragon teeth. I'd try Noah Gladstone at Brass Ark as he deals with old equipment and has a repair man, Brad Close, who does excellent work. Otherwise, you can contact Don Sawday in Long Beach who may be able to build you one if you can meet the financial challenge.
