I hate watching the ryu cloud mu. I dont care what people say about ice climbers, this is ryu's absolute worst mu, because of the amount of work ryu needs to put in and even the most basic bread and butter stuff for ryu just doesn't work. Cloud wins every single scramble and doesn't let ryu get started, especially on shield pressure Watching this is especially sad because sparg0 is so good at adapting, asimo always brings new tools to the table to throw him off, but it always ends the same.
@@chromies8076Agree. This MU is literally unbeatable for Ryu. Every interaction between them is Cloud mashing an B option like side B or Up B, or bair, and Ryu can't do anything about it. It's unfortunate because Asimo is a great player, but Spargo does great against that MU for 2 reasons. One of the best players and also a better character. 😢
5th time Sparg0 beats Asimo this year. Genesis X, S factor, Kowloon X Kagaribi, Supernova and now Luminosity Invitational #2.

This game really hates shotos, man. At least I'd like to say that I'd like to give that kill power that Ryu had in Smash 4, or the focus with no lag.
