Though I love Siyeon's valentines story, there's something I want to share, in my country's case, usually for girls high school, they will have a "partner" boys high school or mixed school, that is either close to each other (like the location) or the schools have similar rankings (in terms of the students' grades), and the school clubs or all all kinds of student associations would just partner up, and hold activities together. There were even student groups that collaborate with the other high schools to help students send chocolates to their crush in other schools. So, yeah Siyeon could be giving the chocolate to students in other schools. But I choose to believe that she gave it to someone in her school XD
