    To check deficiencies from your home, you can use quantum biofeedback or bioresonance devices. They are the fastest route to checking your mineral-vitamin-amino acids deficiencies.

    Hi, Dr. Osborne. Do you think taking 20mg of manganese in a 12 hour period would cause Manganism?

    Next time, please touch on manganese toxicity and daily intake levels on the higher end.
    Standard Process has a product called Ligaplex I am taking. It says 35mg manganese. This would be in addition to amounts I take from other multi mineral/vitamin supplements and my diet.
    How much is too much?

    Another great video. 👍🙏🇺🇸. JTK - decades back (when Glucosamine Sul./Chondroitin Sul. first came on nutritional radar) my Mom had knee rep. surgery. Her surgeon was open-minded enough to let me give her a daily (combo) pill of Glucosamine/Chondroitin and till the day she died 30 yrs later - she never had a minutes trouble with that knee - no biofilm, no replacement, no problems. Surgeon was even impressed. NOTE - I only used Sulfate version, we know synthetic "HCL" version does NOT work !

    Having Lyme Disease since 1984, I have paid attention to the disease. Lyme Spirochetes use manganese to move oxygen instead of iron like most creatures. My first thought was to try and starve the spirochetes by avoiding manganese, but I looked up what a manganese deficiency would do to me, (which is what the disease was already doing to me,) so I opted to eat more manganese to counteract the symptoms.

    So animal protien has no manganese?.? Why did you only show plant sources?

    • @therealjenniferrr

      It looks like the meats that typically have higher amounts of manganese are not something a lot of Americans eat. If you google high sources of manganese mussels, clams, and oysters come up that would be appropriate on a carnivore diet. Others have it too according to infographics @nutritionwithjudy has, but they just aren't high sources.

    i was dx with fibromyalgia/osteo and rheumatoid arthritis/ 2 knee transplants/now rotator cuff awful pain, baby fine slow grow hair, weak nails, loss of height and shoulders shrunken... etc etc etc they had me on 25 scripts//i am not jabbed since one polio jab in 50s..but i did have ddt poison and mercury poisoning...i am off all scripts and only do whole foods and organics and i had been detoxing since 2020 because jabbed people live around me...i just put it together recently i am manganese deficient...maybe all the detoxing drained what little minerals i had...so i am taking measures to address this issue and maybe my last 10-15 years will be less painful... Happy I found you. I now am my own doctor and will not go to any MD ever again.

    Can we take manganese and all other minerals same time ?

    • @therealjenniferrr
      @therealjenniferrr Рік тому +3

      I take a trace minerals complex that includes it with others. I would not take it with iron though, that's best by itself or with vitamin C to boost absorption. I believe multis often have it also.
