Something that confuses me just a bit. The purpose of Crusaders of TES games past knowing destro was because fire being the magic weapon of choice against the wicked and the undead. Restoration didn't really have any damage alternatives. But in this game with those mods you can damage everything with Sun Magic so at that point what would be the real purpose of Fire magic you could forsake it and just dedicate yourself fully to Restoration, a perfectly valid School of magic thanks to the overhaul
True but I wanted to stay close to the Oblivion class, and it takes a while to unlock the Sun's Judgement perk, and fire spells are a bit easier to cheese than sun spells.
OK, having watched the whole build-which is excellent!-I'm trying to decide if this or your Warmage is higher in the ridiculous amounts of damage it can put out. I feel only a play through will solve that, yes... I have never played with St.Alessia before, and now I feel foolish (especially given her place in TES history). Skullcrusher...Morrowind. Take a "My Heart Is On Vvardenfell" point. I lost it when Samuel L. Jackson showed up. Fantastic build, Beli! It looks like a metric ton of fun to play!
@@Jimmyinvictus It is a lot of fun. And I can solve the problem for you: the Warmage has much higher damage output, even without smithed (or any) weapons. You can see how often I needed to cast wild healing. I didn't do the maths, but it seems obvious DPS would suffer from it. However, the Warmage would never be able to just stand and fight when surrounded by 3 Draugr Death Overlods.
I ended up making a rather unique version of this who was a nord worshipper of the all maker which made his healing spells stronger based on favor with the all maker, and I ended up wearing some ancient nordic style armor with the dawn guard full helm and using a one handed axe instead of a one handed mace or hammer. This diversified the build in a very satisfying way, and breathed some new life into it. I did also add enchanting, smithing, and alteration to the build bringing the total skills up to 7 though I put very light investment into the smithing skill.
I love the build! I know you made this a long while ago but there's a spell pack by Enai called triumvirate which has among other things cleric themed spells that would suit this build pretty well. Let me say it again 10/10 content, keep it up!
Dude, first great video. Always loved crusader/paladin builds. Second your voice is deep and gutteral AF you sound like Durnehviir when he names you Qahnaarin. Legit listen to the sound of that voice when he says "Skullcrusher" 4:25 You sir should sign up to be a voice actor in beyond Skyrim, skyblivion, skywind or just a voice actor in general. You sir, have a very cool voice.
Allesia. Yes, perfect for my plan to play as the actual Divine Crusader from my Oblivion playthrough via Deadric shenanigans letting him live so long in good health. This keeps getting better and better. Edit1: My Crusader is already created and is in fact a Breton. More betterer and betterer. Edit2: I tend to bring Inigo even when I don't need him. Allesia will be happy
Some of the Cleric spells from Triumvirate would be also be viable in this build like Aura of Might and Vigor among with Holy Fire and Consecrated Ground
there isn't that much to do for paladin's and crusaders, but I'd always do the Solitude Potema quests with characters like this. If you use mods, you could try, say, falskaar? Vaguely remember necromancers in the sidequests. You could also destroy DB. They are a vile cult of death worhippers after all.
BeliSaurus Gaming yeah that what I figured.. well there’s plenty of dungeons full of undead.. I find it hard to do the Dragonborn quest line after I do the MQ but maybe that’s just me.

May Stendarr have mercy on you, for BeliSaurus has none to spare! *SMITE!* Really excited for this one, Beli-thank you!
You don't know if it's any good yet :P

Every time you roll your rs I hear that old oblivion elf voice actor when you hit him or he runs lol. Rrrrun away!!!!
Another mod that goes great with this is forgotten magic. Requires skse and skyui but gotta love that paladin tree it has.
Loving the builds -- thanks BeliSaurus!

I’m sure it’s asking a lot but what quests do you do besides Dawnguard and any other factions? Thanks

Vigilant, glenmoril and unslaad, as well as beyond reach are fantastic paladin/crusader quest mods.
