    Love it! It's crazy what those little squat stands are capable of! Very versatile for smaller spaces

    Hi Jason. Maybe a bit off the gym-tour-topic but I wanted to share something. Despite my motorcycle accident,(still have bolts, screws and plates in my body), I've reached the quarters this year. With this message I wanna say first of all : "thank you". Thank you for your tips, tricks and motivation!😊🙏. Also I wanted to encourage all of you people who are reading this, not to give up!!! The sky is the limit!! If people say it's impossible, it's impossible for them, not for you. Greetings from Germany and again, thank you Jason. Good luck at the games. 👋😊

    A great tour of your Garage setup, and I really like your Sauna and cold plunge pool. I was wondering how expensive is it to fill the pool, and to heat the sauna? Cost of power and water in states?

    • @JasonGrubb
      @JasonGrubb  10 місяців тому

      To fill the Ice Barrel is not much at all... it's about 80-90 gallons... and I change the water about once a month. The sauna cost about as much as using your oven every day. I'd estimate around $1 a day to my electric bill.

    Great video!!
    What are you using to connect the rope to the ring hanger?
    Im planning to do the same rings and rope combo.

    • @JasonGrubb
      @JasonGrubb  10 місяців тому

      I have a strap that I run through the ring hangar and I use carabiners to attach the nylon strap to the rope hook.

    Any tips to stop gym mats from curling up at the corners they are not inside I see you have tape in yours is that just to connect them ?

    • @JasonGrubb
      @JasonGrubb  10 місяців тому +1

      Interesting... Thick gym mats (stall mats) won't curl up. They're too heavy. My tape is just for looks and it's failing! :-)

    Love a good home gym tour. And this was a GREAT home gym tour😄💪🏼 What’s your reason for keeping the ice bath at a relatively ambient 47?

    • @JasonGrubb
      @JasonGrubb  10 місяців тому +1

      Thanks man!!! I've found 47 to be doable and challenging... colder, and it's just a no-go. Warmer and I don't feel as much. So... around the mid 40s is my spot!

    Not to be a negative Nancy but he spends all that money on a cold plunge and a sauna but won't buy a proper shelf for those dumbbells

    • @JasonGrubb
      @JasonGrubb  Місяць тому

      You have a very very good point there. I don't know why - I should make or buy a proper shelf for sure. Recommendations? Just the one from Rogue?
