Kenna! I just wanted to throw this suggestion out there as the oldest child (basically a mom lol) with ADHD. 1. Create a system that works for YOU & be REALISTIC. Like if you write down everything that needs to be done (cleaning, working out, etc). Start taking on the task from easiest to most draining. A lot of little tasks > 1 half-done major task. 2. If the kids are arguing, try and separate them. If one boy can stay with family (grandma/uncles/aunts) it’ll make them miss each other & ease the stress on you. I know that’s easier said than done, but it may be more practical for your support system to help out with one kid at a time.

I was just like you when I was in my twenties. I had a breakdown as well. And I didn’t have a lot of help because my family had to work as well. So what I did was write down a schedule for the kids and what they was going to eat and do all day.I also planned out what we were going to do for activities and when we would take family pictures. I did this for a month straight and then we had a routine. As far as cleaning up; I cleaned up when they were sleep. Now, that they are a little older I wake up at 4 in the morning to clean the kitchen dishes and take out the trash. And tidy up so I won’t have as much to do when I get off of work. It is hard when you have little ones and you want to be a good mom. But you got this girl!. Keep your head up and always think positive. God has your back.

Mckennaaaa you need to get into doing your own cluster lashes. It’s really easy and literally takes 15 minutes max! I posted a tutorial on my channel (it’s my most viewed video if you end up looking at it, I just be trying to put the girls on lol) & it’s been life changing (and way more affordable lol) at first it may take you a few tries but the more you do it consistently the easier and faster you’ll get!

The easiest way to get up early with energy is to go to sleep early sometimes i go to sleep @7pm and sometimes 8pm every night so I can wake up with energy for me and my 3 little boys 10,9 and 7 year old very busy boys. And when God wake you up to pray get out your bed and go to your closet and pray so you want fall asleep during prayer. And when you want to read to your children about Ģod read a children's bible so they can have better understanding ❤❤❤❤❤

38:13 It be harrrrd 😭😭 but the ONLY thing that has helped me get up is having my phone across the room and the alarm goes off at 5:30 am.. I have an 11 month old so I jump up everytime lol cause it be loud and I don’t wanna wake her 😂 but then I just sit in the living room or another part of the room and start Bible study or sometimes scroll to wake myself up then start 😅 .. but that usually keep me up.. then I stretch for 5 minutes and do 15 minutes of jump roping outside and after that I’m up for the day 😭 but it works!! 💗💗

For the sticker you can try to use a blow dryer to warm up the adhesive so it’s peels off easily, but since you already tried to peel it off it may not come off in one piece so if not just put your scrub daddy in some ice cold water for a few seconds so it can firm up and the use it to gently scrub the rest of the sticker and residue away. I remember seeing the scrub daddies advertised to help remove stickers away so either or should def help
