they need to always try and get better non stop no matter the record. if they can get better at working with each other then they wont need a big name rookie. they need to do their absolute best and get good so to speak, never let off the gas and never throw a game ever, always try your best and grow strong together! People are freaking out but we kinda knew this was gonna be a trial and error season. We played decent early in the season minus QB play. Now QB playing decent but we've dug ourselves a hole. It is what it is. I do believe they improve in year 2 and alot of Titans fans are overreacting with unrealistic expectations 😂 man Titan up People!
You can find gems anywhere in the draft yall act like you can only get good players inside the top 10. This is why a scout team is important they don’t care bout hype they only look at the film and find gems. That’s how you get JBJ in the fifth round.

We understand that these players don't care about a #1 draft pick and more often than not they're trying to get a potential contract other than practice squad option. If it were me I'm playing my ass off whether our team is ass or not. I would be trying to earn any potential contract extensions or offers.
With the way the schedule is the titans are probably gonna win some of these games and be drafting outside the top ten...still can find a starting right tackle or linebacker with that pick..
The Titans defense needs in the draft are limited and not on the critical side like a pass rusher or good corners , but the offense is not scoring enough points where they need the following RT and four backups since OL injuries are very common and good TE who can catch the ball and a second RB and a third because of injuries and RBs are very good special team players and must have two great weapons WRs where they traded a great WR Hopkins for nothing , probably by the order of the NFL
They are a division rival but outside of that. The titans used to be in Houston as the oilers. When her dad Bud Adam’s wanted to build a stadium in Houston the city refused to accept it. They moved to Tennessee as a result and took all of the oilers logos and marketing ownership which means the Texans can’t claim it. Till this day Texans fans argue they should be allowed to use oilers branding, history, etc.

Firing the whole coaching staff is not the answer. That only makes us look more like the Browns and Raiders. Are there some coaches under Brian Callahan that should be fired? Absolutely! Special teams coach needs to be fired. However, if Callahan continues to retain him beyond this season, things may not look good for Callahan next season. This is one reason I think Vrabel was fired. He was too loyal to guys who couldn’t get the job done and wasn’t willing to make necessary changes at key positions. I think Callahan will be in a similar position if he remains loyal to guys who are not effective in coaching their specific areas.
I don’t understand why it is a must win where no playoff at stake, but I do understand winning a division game at home for moral and get the fan base excited but in reality is like singing a country song in a concert while passing a ball and a fan keep scoring really meaningless
This team has NO DIRECTION!!! HC and Ran have no idea about running a pro football team. Look at the dollars spent and how pitiful the Titans are. You compete until your last breath and you aren’t a true fan if you don’t want your team to win. Look at the Steelers Mike Tomlin literally said he is never gonna get a top 10 draft because he never wants to coach a team so bad that that’s a reality that’s what you want from an organization and coaching staff!
