Bhumi, what type of seeds did you fry before putting the meat? Is it fenugreek mixed with coriander seeds? Can you please show the packet? When you do cooking vlogs, you should to be more specific about your ingredients so it's easy for people to try it if they want to.

Η τοπική κουζίνα σας και ο τρόπος μαγειρέματος είναι εντελώς διαφορετικός όμως πρέπει να είναι νοστιμότατα με τα μπαχαρικά σας και διάφορα φρουτάκια που χρησιμοποιείται καθώς και το ότι μαγειρεύεται φυσικά με ξύλα!!!
