If you want to be free, everyone has to be free. thus the quote "My freedom is your freedom (and vise versa)." if someone is harming others, then others have the ability to defend themselves.
It’s true that some people would need to learn how to be free. That is, to not be a dick to put it simply. Even though it is not guaranteed, by eliminating the need of competing, the likelihood of most folks being empathic and treating their peers as they would like to be treated themselves under similar circumstances would increase. Also, it is socially unacceptable when the behavior of one affects the rest negatively and corrections and reparations would happen faster and with less obstacles. It’s a bumpy road, but worth navigating

Power is decentralized and there is no power structure that saps power away from the general population. Anarchy is literally self-governance and there's no need for a government to form in anarchy.
I am an anarchist and I think this form is the solution to mankind’s problems.

This would be good if everybody had good intentions. But we live in a world where people will take that freedom and turn it into something bad.
We are a social species. we have evolved empathy. What makes you think that we'd just turn on each other.
