Part of me could see this getting another part, possibly involving her overhearing us defend her while one of listener's former hookups bad mouthing her and hearing how listener is willing to expose about the former hookup if she doesn't back off. Especially since not too many people know what she was into.
Another could be if someone tries to get the listener to dump her but listener refuses. She'd overhear then confront whoever it was. Then the two would find somewhere to cool off together and enjoy eachothers company.
A third possibility (since supposedly listener sleeps around) is getting a possible pregnancy scare from an ex-playmate and whether the other girl is pregnant or not, the two have a sit and talk. Listener loving his friend to enemy to lover and wants to be together, but not wanting to be some "deadbeat dad" or seem like the kind of guy who doesn't give a dam about a girl or their kid if he actually is going to be a father.

I find this hilarious. Pretty much every video I've watched, that has to do with a love struck bully, the victim (usually the listener) get apologised to, confessed to, and forgive and accepts the speakers feeling without putting up much of a fight at all.
The female version includes a hurt, pissed off speaker who actually slaps the listener for spreading rumors and such. One hell of different outcome lol
