TVS actually taught more about Sarawak's history than our school 😭

interesting. in the past, Bidayuh tribe and Iban tribe were enemies. Brooke recruited Iban warriors to help in revenging against Liu's attack. then, Bidayuh let the escapees taking shelter for a night at their place.

Forgive me. When Mr Dylan says "Paper". It doesn't meant Paper right? It was meant Pepper (Lada). Which is one of the most sought after commodities back then.

probably. pepper cultivation in Sarawak started around 1857.
sorry.. mungkin ada sejarah yg dipesongkan , pada apa yg berlaku di gua tersebut..
kerana.. ada juga yg mengatakan tiada kematian manusia di sana pada waktu itu..
kematian di ceritakan , demi memburukkan imej kerajaan brooke pada waktu itu..
