I first experience Bibi a while back with "Bad Bitch Number" by Soyeon (from (G) - IDLE) (you should check that out BTW)
but I had no idea she would go to this kind of .... Awesome ..I mean I knew she was good .. but this is the different I needed in K-pop

Her voice in Animal Farm reminded me of a James Bond intro for some reason. She'd make a. killer soundtrack for the next one.
BIBI is one person, she's not really kpop more like R&B but i love all of her stuff , Kasino is my fav. she's got a pretty dark message in all of her stuff
BIBI is a solo artist. I just discovered her last year and was immediately hooked. All her videos are insane. She just released a video with Becky G and one with Jackson Wang that are just straight fire.
Start with Kazino (casino), then Animal Farm, then re-watch this one, and then catch up with Jotto from a day or two ago. The story is rough and harsh and f'ing fantastic.

the way this isn't even the darkest MV from the MVs from this project LOL. This album is IMMACULATE and such a work of art from album to concept to mv production. Every piece has intense artistic merit to me.

Bibi is signed under Tiger JK's and Yoonmirae's label. Those are 2 of OGs of Khip hop? and RM has had collaborations with them. That was how I discovered them. She has a really cool vibe with an unmistakable voice. I've only seen a few of her videos and they were dark, but in interviews...she's cute. P.S. She has fangirled over RM in a respectful way
She is an amazing artist manifesting many kinds of styles in her music. She is moving outside the Kpop industry and her content is always in the edge of provocative always in a constructive way. She also writes music for cinema and other bands. To evaluate her personality and style try watching some of her live footage. She is a gem in every aspect.
And her style is more dark R&B soul, but she has some pop type songs as well.
Bibi is built different. She's a special kind of crazy😂

Bibi is amazing!!! She’s a solo artist and she just recently came out with a new album called lowlife princess! This album has 3 mvs so far: animal farm, vengeance, and jotto which are all amazing. The vengeance mv is also a continuation of the storyline in her mv for kazino (another fantastic song) with the girl she rescued in kazino showing up as her right hand woman in this one
Animal Farm really showcases her vocals, John. However, "she does not come to play".
My interpretation of this mv is that the scene in the end tells us she had Hyungseok(a gang leader) killed to get his spot or take him off his throne. Then, we time skip forward to the beginning of the mv at his funeral where she’s smiling while bowing. Next, after the funeral we see her getting harassed by that political person and other gang members cuz they think because she’s a woman that she’s not tough enough as the leader of her gang and refer to her as just a “bad bitch”. However, then we see her killing off these guys she catches for her plans and show them the real “crazy bitch” that she hides. Later, we see she’s captured the politician, who probably had money invested in the gangs with Hyungseok, and he apologizes to her and says he’ll support her. He also says he didn’t kill Hyungseok, but he and everyone else probably doesn’t know that she killed him, which is why she laughs and says, “What are you talking about? Give me my money you motherfucker.” Then proceeds to bury him alive. Also, I speak for most fans of BIBI when I say we want to see her in a drama or movie and she might actually be a little crazy.
Oh, I watched the video again and the guy she tortured is the sleaze in the beginning who wouldn't take no. She took her power back.
This is a great reaction -- she surprised me too when I first saw her! I love Bibi so much -- she's so different and she has a lot of creative control because she's under Tiger JK's label and he's really supportive, so it's great to see her personality in her songs and videos! You should definitely check out her MV "Kazino" (or really any of her songs -- you can't lose with Bibi).

Bibi is great, you should react to more of her stuff. She isn't a Kpop idol but a composer although she collaborates a lot with kpop idols. Definitely excited for her future!

If you want brutal, Animal Farm is very Kill Bill cinematography. My favorite songs of hers are KAZINO, and basically her entire Life is a Bi... EP (songs in particular are Bad Sad AND Mad, and Life is a Bi...)

she is one of the few exceptions for me in kpop. IU, PSY and BTS. i really love BIBI because she is so out there. no other korean woman want to expose their body or swearing and in kpop groups i miss the storytelling aspect they always focus on dancing.
and i love how crazy she is literally. she was performing on stage in a bikini top witch got on tied by accident lol and just watch the new performance of hers on mama amazing. and she looks amazing too
