    Really enjoyed making these earrings. I think for the big rondel I used a smaller one compared to yours,well thats what it looks like. Anyway it still came out lovely. I will be posting them in our wonderful group and you could see for yourself. Thank you for sharing, God Bless

    I like them :-) Very Very Pretty :-)
    I unfortunately won't have enough 6x8mm rondelle crystals left in the right color to make them for my current set though.
    But I did already make a pair of earrings to go with this set using your Easy Dangle Earrings tutorial, but I altered the bead sizes I used in them slightly to make them coordinate with the set better.
    But I will deffinately have to make these earrings in a different color crystal sometime soon :-) I'm thinking matching #2 bracelet & earrings the 2nd time around... maybe in teal... but that I haven't fully decided quite yet :-)
    Thanks Gina :-)

      I am just happy you like the set well enough to make it twice. I am sure whatever color selection you use will be beautiful! I was surprised my strand of 8x6mm crystals went as far as it did, I have just a few left.

      Gina's Gem Creations Yes, I Love It!!! I can forsee many of the bracelets and earrings in all different colors being made by me in the future 😊
      Yeah, I started out with 60 of the 6x8 crystals and will only have 6 left by the time I fully finnish the #2 bracelet (my back and neck have been hurting me more than usual which is causing me to have to work on it for only about a half hour a day *sigh* but I'm just about halfway done with it now So, I'm getting there)

    G'Day, My Lovely, Sorry for the long delay in answering you back but I did watch your amazing last video in this series. Got caught up but I am now free and so on with my comment of said video. What charming and beautiful earrings these are and they finish this rather chic set1! I could almost feel the sigh of relief in your voice as you came to the end of the video. But as you look back and review the whole series of making this gorgeous set that you will have to agree that it was truly worth the effort!!! I have revisited both bracelet sites and I still can not make up my mind as to which one I prefer as my first choice. I am still growing to like the colour of those Rondels. Are we working hard on doing something about doing a design on the subject matter that I mentioned in reply to your last comment on your last video? Whatever design you have for us in your next up and coming video will be hard to beat this adorable set and I can't wait for you to post it. You really do spoil us my lovely. I may have to love and leave you shortly, as I will have to don a winter woolly and socks as we here in the southern " seemly frigid regions" are feeling the Winter/Spring temperatures unlike the rest of OZ who are "swizzling" throughout a very "hot and stormy" Summer. We get one or two hot days every now and that is when this little hippo dons her bikinis and enjoys the glorious warmth of the sun! Wel, the Pumpkin soup is ready so my little bit of Fabulous, I will chat soon, so Hooroo from me........Blessings.

      Hi Chris, I was getting tired of this set, I wanted to move on so bad! I am fickle that way, that's why I do not often make full sets, I like the design process the best. I lose interest when I have to do the same stitch in several pieces...I am such a fickle girl...oh well, I at least know my limitations..ha!
      I was tired of the beads too, I like using new beads and colors each time too, such a pain I am! Ugh! But, I suffered through. 😁

      I have not long ago finishing a reply to your last communication you left on your other video, which I might add was a little witty in my reply. Thought when I saw that I had a message waiting for me, I got a "little" excited as to what you wrote back to me in light of what I scribed. And you did suffer beautifully through the Delegate Sparkles series of videos my fickle girl lol.........

      Hi Gina,
      I have started jewelry making, specifically beading as therapy. And your designs/tutorials are very inspiring.
      Request:
      I wanted to make a netted design bracelet for a friend with 15/0, 11/0 and 8/0 in blue-lilac colors. There are some designs on pinterest but no tutorials.
      How can I share them with you?
      May be you can do a tutorial on it if time permits?
      Thanks with hugs,
      Sameya

    Do others have a problem with the 11/0's breaking when you go thru the third or fourth time? I have had two break on me. I am going back to 6lbs fireline.

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  7 років тому

      I did not have issues but it depends on what type of beads you are using too. Toho are larger, with a larger hole than Czech or Miyuki seed beads. Yes, use 6 lb, that will help.

    Hi Gina, where can I get this type of thread? I couldn't find here at Michael's, Joann, or even my local sporting store. Thanks for your help! :)

    • @GinasGemCreations

      Try Cabellas, if you don't have local store, go to the website and order it.

    • @chausd2972
      @chausd2972 7 років тому

      Thanks! Another issue is my 11o won't go through my 10 needle's eye. This is not a wide eye needle. Should I try to use the bigger seeds instead?

    • @chausd2972
      @chausd2972 7 років тому

      Gina, never mind on the 11o & the needle. It's not the needle, it's the thread that I use. I'm getting the threat that you recommended. Thank you!

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  7 років тому

      Sometimes it is hard to find a good match needle/thread, but if you use Fireline or Nanofil and a size 10 needle, all should be well.

    my dear Gina, i use Toho more than Miyuki, but i know well the name of of silver color in both Japanese brand, now usually you say galvanized silver toho but the correct name is permanent finish aluminium, instead galvanized silver is miyuki name, remember, it is important because if you say pf aluminium people think ok it is silver color in toho brand, in Miyuki better than only galvanized is duracoat galvanized silver, sorry my tutor but the first time i tought ok she was meaning miyuki but than i understand you use toho only, so you are wrong about the name it is aluminum, i hope it is clear because i am tired and writing english is not so easy if you are not mother language, thanks for understanding, greetingsfrom Salerno, Italia

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  5 років тому

      Yes, you are correct, my friend, they are galvanized aluminum permanent finish silver tone. I guess I just assumed people would know what I meant. Happy to have the feedback, thank you.
