@@jordanhenshaw thank you. I have a rough draft already written. In going over the courts prosecutor transcript on day of sentencing so I have a good feel for what the state would have used as their most important points. They do not have a lot of hard evidence. The investigators stopped the clock on investigation I only have evidence they collected up to that point right? Everything we learned after sentencing goes out the window for me correct? There were several friends and family that gave statements before and after sentencing so this could be very tricky.

@@petsitter1969 Without a judge, admitting evidence is super hard. Only documents in the Discovery can be used as evidence. Other official Weld County documents can also be used, such as the official transcript of the prison confession.

@@jordanhenshaw can I use the text messages from Chris and Shananns cell phones? I'm digging through Shananns autopsy now. As you know we do not have access to all the findings. I'm hitting a wall on information available to me claims. Are we able to attack Chris's character by referring to the texts and/or statements by the witnesses of why he didn't report them missing, why it took him so long to get home when Nicole Atkins raised the alarm. Why he cancelled Bella's first day of school before he knew his family was missing? As your probably know the state has little to no forensics to back up Chris or Shanann as being the Murder of their children. I need to look up Colorados court rules bc I don't know if texts and official statements are considered hear say. I believe we are making our point before we've started. The state would have lost at least the charges for the girls do to lack of hard evidence. It's my belief that since this prosecutor didn't have hard evidence he would have to reference the text messages for timeline and Chris's state of mind.

Very well done. If I was on a jury I would have very real and significant doubts already! Of couse in the end it may have come down to the Jury Instruction phase. The Judge as was , was definitely less than objective, due to Rourke, supplying him with quite a number of 'happy snaps', of SW and the children ( only, no Chris) which he had spread out in front of him, on his bench, for the hearings! Diabolical, imo.
It's a shame BCM, hasn't picked up the gaunlet and come over to prosecute. Seeing as he seems to know and believe, this was a just and righteous outcome, for all. With so many, in his premiere and comments lauding him on. It really does become so infuriating, seeing his ilk, use no critical thinking whatsoever. All the while waving that round of Swiss cheese, the discovery, around like it is gospel!🤬😤😫😭

The girls were also victims, does the truth for them not matter? Chris watts may have been a victim as well….the error in logic for that video where he says he won’t discuss shananns “flaws,” because she is a victim is cockamamie. Excellent.
The point about it being a "Who Done It" case is the real starting point which LE didn't want to investigate for dome reason.
The way CW concealed the bodies, i believe, is a giant clue.
He trested his wife's body differently because she was his only gictim.
Otherwise he would have buried them altogether because it would have made no difference to him.
But there was a big difference, a delineation between the children and Shanann, that delineation being who he killed.
Notice how he left some bedding out in the ooen near the grave which LE found.
Proving he applied a different standard to covering up his own misdeeds to how he tried to cover his wife's.
He hoped the children's bodies would completely disappear, so her crime too would disappear.

Even Tammy Lee lamented that they didn't do any further investigations on this case, because Chris Watts readily pled guilty. In a way, if Chris Watts is guilty, which I believe he is, the fact he pled guilty without any further delays says something positive about his character (I can't use "admirable" for a child killer).
Here is a clip where Tammy Lee says she wanted to examine all the evidence but didn't have a chance to:
    ua-cam.com/video/7Mw_L72MoVU/v-deo.html
Link of the full video of where the clip above was taken from:
    ua-cam.com/video/gKYS_mcYnxo/v-deo.html
(My personal opinion) Yes, according to Tammy, this investigation was cut short, therefore making it incomplete, because Chris Watts pled guilty in the midst of their preparation for a long trial. That's the consequence of Chris Watts' decision. Yes, I would have liked to have known the whole truth, but since I'm in the side of the aisle that believes he is guilty, I am not left with such disappointment.
I have a feeling I will enjoy this mock trial being constructed here. It's the major "what if". Tammy admitted their investigation is incomplete, so I think you have the upper hand (as it would seem).

    • @jordanhenshaw
      @jordanhenshaw  2 роки тому +5

I've been thinking about making a video about my beef with Tammy for a couple years now. The only issue I have with her is that in the video (probably the one you linked), she said something like, "In that room, I didn't think for one second that Shanann could have hurt those girls, not at all." Because she was acting as an investigator, that statement is an admission of severe malpractice. The golden rule of investigation is that you don't make conclusions until after you've examined all the evidence. The prosecutor can make conclusions early on-they have to in order to file charges. It's the job of the investigation team to refrain from making conclusions so that they can act in the most unbiased, neutral way.
I don't know what was going on behind the scenes of her interview there, but she was saying some pretty sketchy stuff that I personally find highly improper.

As an armed chair Dr. you are attempting to identify traits ( of a murder victim) but you do not even know what the traits mean. If Chris was being followed by law enforcement from Monday morning onwards who raked the grave over on Wednesday morning? It rained heavily on Tuesday and should not have looked like that.
I believe the girls only went in tanks in an attempt to dispose of the bodies who were all buried together on Monday and the girls were put in tanks on Wednesday morning and grave re-covered.
Was someone helping Chris to dispose of the bodies? Was someone helping him all along?

I believe the small amount of people who actually believe she did are those who are projecting their feelings for someone in their own life who had a “Shanann” type personality. Not even Chris Watts is going with this narrative and I don’t see him as someone who is going to take the blame for murdering his children to protect his wife’s reputation, or even to avoid the death penalty, or for any reason. You are right that he would be at the very least telling his parents this is what really happened, but we know he is not. He also backed out of filing a 35C, his one opportunity to reopen the investigations in this case. The whole thing defies logic. I doubt whatever texts he got was the cause of him putting his head in his hands in the interview room. The agents took his phone for analysis wouldn’t they know what texts he received? There is a creator who wants his followers to believe he received the locations of where his family was during this text. Again, that makes no sense at all.

@@nancyn679 this case is still shrouded in mystery. I firmly believe if its true SW killed the children everyone would know this and CW wouldn't be silent about it. Why is he silent? His parents are clueless about what to believe and although are at peace with accepting he did it all himself, still struggle to believe he would do that to the kids and the reason for it.
If he craved a life with N Kessinger so much would he really be pushed so far as to kill everyone and take them to his work place? Law enforcement use ground penetrating radar equipment and would have found the area of disturbed ground within days anyway. Every movement his truck made would have been followed and scrutinised.
I believe there's a strong chance that once LE seized N Kessinger's phone they used it to continue messaging Chris to see what he would say back.
You also need to keep in mind the found the grave at Cervi 319 before he confessed. Its pretty clear N Kessinger told them where they were.
Regarding his phone and text messages. There's a long period of time where he gets questioned and his phone doesn't make a sound. But once Tammy and Coder leave the room and are watching him two text messages arrive.
I also believe he was told some information in those texts. They were doing anything they could to push a confession and he duly confessed not long after those messages came in.

@@privateeye6942 All good and fair points……. Why is he silent?. He is a coward and doesn’t care that his parents are tortured not knowing what happened. Whatever personality disorder he has that obviously flew under the radar for his entire life, caused him to not become attached to his children. He viewed them as replaceable and dispensable. It was easy for him to smother and dispose of them for NK. I don’t believe she helped him murder anyone but I do think she issued ultimatums that he interpreted as she wasn’t keen on the idea of him having “baggage” and with alimony and child support he wouldn’t have financial freedom.
As for the texts he got in the interview room, if you are saying they were staged by the agents to be NK, then I do believe that could be a possibility. I don’t think anyone gave him info. His plan was dumb af, but he didn’t really have too many options with his truck gps and neighbors camera pointing his way. The agents figuring the bodies were at Cervi 319, didn’t take much detective work that’s where his gps led them. I don’t think there was any cover up. The fbi/CBI know where NK was from her gps. I’m going to bet they know the whereabouts of his coworkers as well. It was explained to me that they don’t include evidence that clears others in a discovery. I’ve got to believe those agencies have some skilled agents and they know (even if they didn’t make it all public) that CW did it all.

Will we need to stick to specific law's to the state of Colorado? Laws very state to state. As for the witnesses will be using the official witness statements when questioned by police? Or are we going to have stand in's ? I'll try my hardest to take CW down in court. However it's my personal belief that had CW went to trial he would not have been found guilty on half the charges he confessed to. I can play a devil's advocate.
