that other guy, forget his name, has great improvements in skills no doubt, but i think what will make him hardest to guard is the fact that he is so sweaty. have him play without his shirts and no one will guard him being so slippery, he will find the smallest spaces to slide through like butter, splitting defenses like a knife.

Im 16 and just starting basketball drills like handling and shooting. luckily, weightlifting has been something of mine since starting highschool so workouts arent to frustrating when it comes to endurance. this exercise really seems to help because my problem was keeping the ball low, thanks Dev, keep up the work

Something that might be helpful is if you take out liie 50% of the air out. It makes you pound the ball. Then when you put the air back lets say after the ballhandling session you will probably be pounding it hard. I left my air out for like over a week my dribbles were alot tighter. Just my little experiment.

I have a bit of advice. Make sure you have your eyes on their hips, not too much on the ball. Stretch a lot, assuming you don't have loose ankles. If you know they are shifty, stay in front of them or get up all in their face. Have good footwork as well, and don't jump around as much. That's what I've learned as I've been trying to improve my defense. Hope I helped!

Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "basketball drills ball handling" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Xonayson Basketball Supremacy - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got cool success with it.

Hi my name is Tyson. I'm only 12 turning 13 in December. I can't really stay focus. My shooting is okay, but once I get into a game I forget everything. It's like I forgot how to keep my form. My handles out of game aren't that well either. I don't know when to do the right moves. Can someone give me advice? Thank you.

You would have to do drills in motion too. Stationary drills only help so much. Having handles includes body control.
