This is B-21 RAIDER: The Key to Winning a War against China
Вставка
- Опубліковано 20 тра 2024
- For years now, the Air Force has been ordering a minimum of 100 B-21 Raiders, at a rate of 10 jets per year to replace its oldest bombers. It will be lucky if it can declare its first squadron operational by 2027. Meanwhile, multiple heads of the Air Force Global Strike Command, along with other observers, have suggested that the U.S. really needs more stealth B-21s.
Most recently, STRATCOM boss Gen. Anthony J. Cotton stressed the importance of producing B-21 Raiders at a faster rate.

Interesting analysis on the strategic importance of bombers! It's crucial to understand the balance of power and deterrence in modern warfare.
Thank you us military for protecting my country phillipines, qnd other alliance country here in asia
1 trillion dollars a year, that is what America spends annually on its military.. That's all we need, more military equipment so Black Rock can get richer...
Nearly but a trillion dollars is not enough and when you compare the percentage of GDP from the Cold war to today it is laughable. The US has cut the US military budget for decades. The is asking the military to do far more and handle interest all over the world but people are mistaken about the military. Inflation alone means the US military once again got a budget cut this year and last.
The hell with Black Rock at this point, we're getting awfully close to actually having to use this equipment.
We should have a trillion gold certificate paper cash for National Security, 4700 total Gold Depositories for every county/state and USA territory!
I realize my calculator doesn't go that high how much is that per each taxpayer
@@Max-ye9xg if we were to split it equally which it’s not but hypothetically, let’s say we split it equally there’s 161 million tax returns done as of late. That means each person would pay around $5988 To compensate for it. Not everyone pays equally though so this is extremely hypothetical.
Planes that we cannot afford to fly because the maintenance costs are out of control!
Cheaper than b-2
@@bashkan6992 who said that? How long has it been flying? How do you know this?
@TonyL-gw4qx the cost to biuld an b21 $692 million per plane compared to roughly $4.06 per b2 bomber
It will be just like f35 to complex to expensive to maintain!
@@TonyL-gw4qx bro went on the ATTACK
1500 fighter jets? That's just the Air Force alone...
It’s 3400 fighters when you include usn
exactly
Using cargo aircraft as bombers only makes them targets. Those planes are also used for Aeromedical Evacuation missions. No distinguishing markings either.
The Air Force always complains they don’t get enough money yet they have the most modern fleet of aircraft.
The one thing they do well is make a healthy profit for the usual suspects in the MIC.
We have 6,000 more planes than any other country. Nothing to worry about.
Ehh, that attitude is what got us into this situation. China is producing J-20s at 2x the rate we are making F-35s. It doesn't matter how many t-38s and f-16s we have if they are overmatched by 5th gen fighters.
@@Vsorhave you ever bought anything from temu? It’s all China junk that breaks in 10 minutes. I’d take 4th gen American over 5th gen China any day
@@Vsor I hear what you are saying but the F-35 is the superior plane. Plus wars are not won with stealth fighters. There is a reason the F-16s and F/A-18s are getting upgrades.
@@bdwilson32 Agreed. Lets just not fall behind with the "x isn't a real threat" mentality.
I still don't understand why Congress always has to fight with the military.. we have to be capable of handling whatever the enemy throws at us . !!!!🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲❤️
The B-21 can be used as a drone launcher, launching hundreds of drones at a time.
The aircraft's flying saucer-shaped silhouette will surely never cause confusion!
I saw one flying before sunrise, still on TestFlight. Impressive! (The Raider Fleet) Stealthy Birds of the Air
Was not expecting those sweet Batman logos on the back of the plane!!! Also, Team America >>> F____ yeaaaaaah!
Yes double the order and keep older jets flying , build also a fleet of less technical jets and bombers some high tech some low tech . Both is a safer way to go .
I would like to thank all of the men and women who serve and have served in our armed forces.
Served where,what,somebody attacked US??!😳
@@niksmoret2744Do you need to be deported too? Tighten up
You are very welcome. It is our honor and duty to serve and protect our country.
The B1B's efficacy and future may be debatable, but there has never been, nor could there ever be, a more beautiful aircraft.
In order to buy more weapons taxes would have to go up in the US which is always unpopular. A lot of folks do not realize the US tax rates previous generations paid to cover war-times. The tax rate for WW1 was 77% and the tax rate during WW2 rose to 94% and remained at 91% for nearly two decades-until 1964. The US coasted for 20 years financially and then just started pilling on National Debt to cover our bills. So, if you want more military toys, then you should be open to raising taxes to pay for them.
The bottleneck is not only the bombers themselves, but how many precision-guided missiles/ munitions can the US produce in a certain period of time? A rapid dragon system pallet can drop up to 45 missiles (the size of the deployment boxes is configurable and ranges from 4 to 45 AGM-158B JASSM-ER (extended range) cruise missiles, according to Wiki); that will always be quite a chunk of the total inventory for any expensive weapon.
That’s the simple part it’s easier to increase that productivity because the infrastructure is already in place and is less cumbersome to expand whereas building the planes infrastructure would take years
You don't have the security clearance to know exactly what we have in terms of numbers of certain planes or types of weapons
I'm sure the Russians have all the data right from Biden 's office
As with many analyses like this, the strategic advantage of the U.S. nuclear sub fleet is not even mentioned
And that’s an amazing thing because when we calculate our odds of winning (which is usually very high) we don’t include our most valuable player. And when push comes to shove..... well, let’s just say our enemies don’t want to be in that situation.
Need more recruits for all branches, especially the air force, big time. Went to a ceremony last weekend where there were dozens for all branches except the coast guard and the air force. Was expecting the coast guard to have the least present, but no, it was the air force.
More cheap labor.
I urgently need affordable housing, healthcare and a better infrastructure
None of that will exists if its not defended, or at least deterence.
I really hoped United States didn't decommissioned the super cool bomber (B-1 Lancer).....I hope they stay active around till at least 2040 to 45....
have a look around for the footage of a US heavy lift air transport air launching a minuteman ICBM by parachute...thats impressive!
Any stealth bomber would be SUBsonic. I hear you saying that supersonic versus subsonic is not a problem ?
A huge problem is the government thinks there's unlimited funding and that a kid cooking hamburgers can pay 75% of their money to taxes and doesn't have gas to put in their car or can't afford a tire
Variety is more often than not the answer... everything.
Not all of the B-21 need to be fully stealthy. It would save money on maintaining the coatings.
Seems we only put in minimum effort then leave early in a conflict losing any gain.
Hello. 100 is more than enough. It's not like we don't have, any bombers.
This is the definition of "fear mongering."
300 bombers? Sounds like the start of an action movie! But seriously, great breakdown of the strategic necessity. Biden should take notes!
It’s becoming increasingly clear Deckard after decade that the US government, US military, and US taxpayer would benefit greatly at hiring military contractors that can produce highly capable systems at very cheap expense.
It is not the planes , it is the missiles.
Its is insane how this could happen a 3rd a 3r of our airforce is prepared and u think that has happened accidently... a war with china would be fought primarily with the navy and missiles
Most American taxpayer seriously can't even afford a tire if they're car has a flat tire
Only 225? Is that the number the manufacturer chose? Why so few, they were written a blank cheque.
Chances are, the workers get paid by the hour and are likely dragging there asses to make as much money as they can on every single project smh the lazy way of people not thinking about being ready for a war
Like the B2, the B21 will be "Antigravic" and LEO capable.
That 1500 fighters isnt including the usn fighters. us have 3400 fighter between usaf and usn
The Buff is forever.
The USAF plans for a fleet of 100 B-21 bombers. The unit cost of one of the bombers was contractually set at $550 million in the original 2015 contract, in current dollars, each B-21 must come in under $778 million.
The B-21 is slower with a max speed of only MACH 0.8 opposed to MACH 0.95 for the B-2, has a 25% less payload: 30,000 lbs vs 40,000 for the B-2 and a much shorter range of only 2,500 miles compared to the incredible 6,900 miles of the B-2. So how is it better and why does it rate such a high price tag? Well, the B-21 is a 6th generation aircraft with superior stealth but with huge costs in performance of everything else. Corruption. Politics.
Wow ❤❤❤
Idk about it, it's just a scaled down generic B2! I think the B2 looks way better! I thought that black was used cuz it was stealth coating! The white or whatever color it is doesn't look good on the 21
Every time I see one of these i think of space aliens 😊
Truth is the US military budget has only decreased as a percentage of GDP and it shows. Decades of budget cuts have cut the military down to the point where we just can't keep up with so many growing threats around the US. US interest will suffer around the world and we risk a war starting because people are seriously confused about the military budget. The budget isn't nearly enough for what us asked of the military.
In the middle 70's we (AF) had to take up a collection to buy paint to "freshen" the hospital for its inspection by the command. When you make $180/2 weeks, $20 was a lot! Then we worked extra hours doing the painting. What a time!
what about the missles that will be launched in a war we need more F-22s
Just conjecturing here, but when the leader of a nation is both well along the path to senile dementia, AND profoundly enmeshed in corrupt personal indebtedness to the primary likely adversaries of that nation, the likelihood of a focused purposeful commitment to military readiness looks a lot like our withdrawal from Afghanistan.
No, what we have now are far more capable than our adversaries.
China and Russia still use old technology, at this point we are just spending a ton of money for crew survival but death is apart of war so i personally don't think we need to spend that much when we can can make old stuff that's still better then Russia or China equipment
The B21 is too small that's why they need so many.
Why are these things so expensive? There's no way the component costs are 700 million dollars! Yes, they say R & D but still! Seems far too expensive!
We are not going 2 cross our arms the latest deterrence
is the B-21 Raiders %100. a stealth plane ? No any radar will detect it
Easy to speak a trillion when your currency is the world’s reserve currency
The B2 and B21 are shaped like a stingray
Restart the F-22 !
Yeah! It seems the Air Force is rethinking its plan to start retiring the F-22 around 2030.
We can fly a 60 year old B-52 but we can't keep flying a 20-year-old F-22!?? Bring back the f-117 and the B2.
@@daleemrick9816they have tr-3b, so who needs that old crap?
That might not be what’s needed in a war against China at the start of a war. China has a wide denial area, so far that our ships and bases in the Pacific are all targets. The US needs a fighter that can take off outside of China’s strike area.
@@quandmeme9970 yeah like the B-52 bomber!?!
China is focusing on its own citizens welfare and economic development. Bravo China
We’re in danger of enemy attack? 😅
We are already under attack by the communists in washigton.

Wow PBBM ITO NA ANG HINAHANAP MONG PANGDIGMA B 21 BILHIN NA NATEN ITO
I thought supersonic speeds took away the ADVANTAGE of stealth?
I believe one of the biggest issues is that those high speeds basically annihilate the stealth coating very quickly and are why the bombers are meant to be sub sonic.
Kekuatan lemah
Yes US NO 1 👍
I would like to see someone break down the budget into how much per each American taxpayer 12 Grand 15 grand 30 grand how much
controversial statement- what if we got RID OF all the bombers?
........and just hired more Marines, lol.
Rushing programs into operational readyness is exactly why more than half the weapons in ukraine are fa0iling and why marine f35 pilots are finding metal shavings in jet fuel lines and much more its almost like we are sabataging our selves or some else does any one else feel that way
